but I think Lambert at Col U should get it.

I'll have to agree with that. Well done to Pearson though...fantastic work! :chant:

My memory is iffy at the minute... did we blob it each time he was handed the gong for August and December?

Or did we manage to avoid the usual curse thing?

Can't remember the first one... but we dodged the bullet the 2nd time around.

Congrats once again Mr.Pearson on being nominated!

Hope you win the award, I don't believe in this supersticious claptrap! Keep up the excellent work, get us promoted and regardless of how you fare next season you will forever retain hero status in my book! (unless you get us relegated again!!! )

Millwall was the game after he first won it I think.

It was a cracker that will live long in the memory

Still, nice to see his great work being recognised

The second time, the first game was to Crystal Palace (0-0 draw) or if you are on about the league then it was Leyton Orient (won 3-0)

Well done Nige. 13 points from a possible 15 is a great return.

Lambert's doing a great job at Col U, wouldn't suprise me to see them in the play-offs by the end of the year. They're storming up the table, so I'm glad they had a shit start :D

No great loss.

Pearson's probably favourite for Manager of the Season (which means they'll give it to Di Matteo.. )

Di Matteo got an award this week (can't remember what is was for though)

LMA's quarterly award or something along those lines.

Pah!

3 wins and 2 draws against Nige's 4 wins and 1 draw! If they go by who's done the better job, it should go to Nige but clearly they are trying to spread out who they give the awards to...

lambert has massively improved colchester's form though, so even if on paper it's not as many points won, nigel has had leicester winning all season, so another month of mostly wins, isn't that great an achievement in the short term sense obviously, and lambert has turned around a colchester side that were very poor at the start of the season.
