JoeyB Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 mate lets not act like your fans were in good voice, didn't hear a peep from you all night apart from some good banter with a pub full of you in the clipper pre match. Haha. The only bunch of you that sung were a group of 9 year olds next to the away fans
TRFC_Lad Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Haha. The only bunch of you that sung were a group of 9 year olds next to the away fans ignored that big stand infront of you then singing for 90% of the game..........not saying we were special but certainly outsung a decent (Number wise) away support.

Their were bits but nothing special coming from you lot tbh. but im not going to argue with you about the atmosphere because tbh that was in the past for me and im now looking forward to milwall. Overall we were poor tonight, didn't look up for it. You controlled the game. However your forward the 1 with the blue hair what a donkey. your cb marshalled our front 2 tho'
ASH17LCFC Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 We have been shite for ages now but drawing and keeping that pathetic record in tact kept all the idiots happy. Pearson needs to have a huge rethink now because i can see him getting sacked 5 games into next season. Also to the poster who keeps banging on about Tranmere having a GREAT home record and the other week when we played STOCKPORT and you were saying they were a good side and a point was decent LEAGUE FOOKING 1 !!!
Thracian Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 You can see why Tranmere have such an impressive home form. I can see that we totally conceded the initiative from the off.
lildave3 Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 mate lets not act like your fans were in good voice, didn't hear a peep from you all night apart from some good banter with a pub full of you in the clipper pre match. 2-0 down, who gives a ****. We're Leicester boys and we're going up. Pretty much sums it up. We were poor though.
Raj Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 2-0 down, who gives a ****. We're Leicester boys and we're going up. Pretty much sums it up. We were poor though. 2-0 down, who gives a ****. We're Leicester boys and we MIGHT BE going up. Pretty much sums it up. We were poor though.

Thracian Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 I've found it impossible to come up with a plus point for tonight's shambles. Bizarre team selection which didn't work, no apparent ambition, all the pace, passing and pressing of Saturday forgotten, individuals off form, Kingy injured and having to go off, very few shots and none of them particularly worthwhile, bested in the tackle all over the field, outthought and outmanoeuvred. Pearson needs to look at himself for being so negative and so do the players. Mattock and Powell? Why?
Raj Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Don't worry Rajingo, it's on. If Little ben says it on...It's fcuking on!!

Did you know there is a price freeze? Only until Sunday you know!! \
Tommeh Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 They were better than us much better infact. Deserved the lead then it was next goal vital which although we had a few decent moments they got it. Our run had to end sometime, tonight was it, we were poor against a team who are no mugs, let's move on. Thought our fans were very good tonight vocal throughout especially once we fell behind. Oh and the Tranmere fans to our left. "come back, when your balls have dropped!"
C-man Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 fook me I hate Manchester Picadilly. I had to wait there for 50 minutes with a load of noncey Man Utd fans who were giving it the big-un. It was a pretty lonely 3 hours back when we've lost as poorly as that.

Yeah i agree, sat back too much first half, playing Mattock and Powell on the left was very defensive. Not sure why the team wasnt the same as the team that started sat, why Powell would play over Berner, i dont know, and surely Powell shouldve been taken off to make way for Gradel not Mattock. Even when we were 1-0 down they had a corner and everyone was back defending, surely Fryatt shouldve stayed on the half way line. They need to support the forwards more and push up as they werent convincing tonight. They did try though but it just wasnt their night. Far too negative tho
fox123 Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 I'd of rather of lost the 23 games unbeaten run than 124 years of never been out of the top 2 divisions...still, we move onwards and upwards and what ever milestone we reach (should be reaching in this division) whether it be 1st or 2nd let's hope we can continue rebuilding and the current crop + additions can cut it in the Championship.
Sods Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Just got back! M6 is a ****, was on that bitch for ages tonight on the way back and on the way. We never really got going which was a dissapointment. Did any of the Blazin' Squad watch the match?

MC Prussian Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 What a tosser. . . He's a Big Four lover and an LCFC hater. Just leave him trollin'.
Daggers Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Spinal Tap have better luck with drummers than we are having with keepers. I vote we become a jazz fusion club.
GLC Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 oh well, it had to end sometime let's hope we come back strong against millwall
Hullfox Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 They just did not give us time to play all game, we were outfought in all areas and it seemed to ruffle us. After seeing Gradel's performance tonight, i'm beginning to understand why Pearson has held him back so much. He was not alone in being poor but his decision making was woeful at times. We have come through games with points where we have played like this but last night Lady Luck decided that she was with the scallies because their work rate thoroughly deserved 3 points and fair play to them. Howard - Looks knackered. Mattock - Is not a midfielder. King - does not like to play against the physical sides. I could go on. For me it seems as though we have to be able to raise our game against opposition who are out to prove something, Saturday will provide us with the ideal opportunity to let the teams around us that we are still intent to win this god awful league.
Guest Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Just got back from the game.Bad day at the office all round really. Credit to Tranmere they raised their game and deserved to win. Says it all, really. Just got back!M6 is a ****, was on that bitch for ages tonight on the way back and on the way. I would normally agree. It is my 2nd least favourite road in the UK. However I must have been in some alternative universe situation, as I breezed down there both on the way there and back. It was a poor performance. I just hope we can bounce back on Saturday.
