Look at my signature... there is nothing to be worried about...

Yeah there is - the loss number went up by one :(.

Nah seriously I agree with you. Need to show it hasn't affected us on Saturday.

What happened to King?

Ah well, we were bound to lose again at some point before the end of the season. It's now all about bouncing back from it on Saturday.

Fantastic result! You have to give Tranmere credit. We were never goimng to compete with the side they put out and it showed from start to finish.

They have players in their side that we can only dreem of having in our side, their history and famous style of play was something that our boys just could not cope with. We have to understand that we can't compete at their level, it is inevitable that they will be back in the big time soon! God knows why they are playin the likes of us in the 1st place. Well i have won a tidy some down the bookies, as this was a shoe in result. £60 bloody well robbed poor old paddy power.

I have not been or listened to the crap radio commentary, but I will give my ratings any way.

Stockdale 6

Mattock 6

Gilbert 6

Hobbs 5

Morrison 4

Dyer 4

Oakley 5

Cleverley 6

King 5

Fryatt 6

Howard 4

Gradel 5

Well done lads, you sure did the shirt proud. I bet the traveling fans are glad they spend their money & time to watch a truely fasinating encounter, rather than spending their time at home watching some Champions League football or spending time with their families.

Tranmere were a class apart, we have to re group for Millwall, which will also be a tough test which I am expecting us to fail. Hopefully we can scrape another point or 2 being greedy from the rest of the season and see if we can stay up.

Woooooooooooooosh

Exactly, 3 defeats in 37 games... 9 points clear at the top...

As for King, who knows.

Ronnie on the radio now is being a right pr*ck, do any normal people have the urge to pick up the phone and ring RL or do they just ignore those with brain cells.

I'm avoiding that. They'll have a field day after this.

Could be a blessing in disguise. Hopefully will help us not to get complacent and tell the lads it's far from other and keep going till the final hurdle

There are some cock ends on RL. I try to avoid it now.

Feel for the faithful like Kilworth said. I am sure they will be hacked off with this. Let's bounce back now at Millwall.

Best is : Joe from stafford couldn't make it to the game tonight but says "we played well"

Play offs at this rate.

Be realistic, we'll do well to stay up to be fair.

Rather lose to Tranmere than Leeds!!!

As long as we stutter along to get over the line in P1 or P2 i aint bothered.

I can see it getting VERY close between PBoro and Us but im sure we've got enough to see it through.

KEEP THE FAITH!!!! :scarf:

The manner in which we have lost this game is very reminiscent of losses last season.

A defensive line-up with Mattock on the left of midfield for me was not adventurous enough. Gradel should have started on the left. That worked extremely well on Saturday.

Instead of taking the game to the opposition we've given the initiative to them and they've taken advantage of it. Tranmere at our place were a good outfit and we've clearly been outplayed in the majority of positions there tonight.

I'm all for keeping a run going for as long as possible - it's just a shame that its come to an end with a rather 'damp squib' of an attempt to get anything out of the game.

I think we're pretty shit, lucky to be top and will fall apart now, missing out on the play-offs.

Pearson Out!

Are people on RL forgetting that Tranmere are actually very good side, with the best home form in the league, bar us.

To add to Stez's post about Katy's lucky scarf...

I didn't have my LCFC socks on that haven't seen a loss all season either.

Sorry guys.

to spare the team any flack; i came in from work and noticed katy's 'lucky scarf' on the settee. the blame lies there.

The blame firmly lies at your door then, sir.

What do you have to say in her defence? ;)

No worries, we'll still win the league outright. I don't see what all the panic is over? weve lost 3 games all season  and i can't see us losing many more.

P.S i really hope this doesnt come back to haunt me.
