Another 2-0 defeat and Millwall the first team to complete a double over us. Our serious lack of depth in the squad could yet be an Achilles heel despite so many fans clearly thinking that promotion is all but achieved already. "We're 1-0 down, who gives a f**k.... etc"

Ford Super Sunday Posted 13 March 2009 Posted 13 March 2009 I would argue that tomorrow will be one of, if not out toughest away game of the season. They will bully, they will pressure, and they will try and squeeze us by the balls in that match. They did it well against us earlier in the season, and I am pretty confident that if we try and start passing the ball about, like we attempted to against Tranmere, it simply won't work. I think we will lose (boo me for my pessemism) but I still cant wait to get there and feel the excitement and the atmosphere. It will be tough, but if we can beat them, I will be so much more confident of promotion! :D

Joe. Posted 13 March 2009 Posted 13 March 2009 It's difficult to be confident about this after Tuesday's debacle and recent form in general. We'll see though I guess, we've got the players who can pull it out the bag. Draw for me.
Frenzied Posted 13 March 2009 Posted 13 March 2009 We need to match them for muscle and close down everything. But we also need to play our passing game as much as possible. Hoofing it will be playing into their hands. Players like Fryatt, Oakley, Gradel, Cleverly and even Dyer could really hurt a team like Millwall if we impose ourselves. We have to get nasty though.
