Matt Posted 13 April 2009 Posted 13 April 2009 This incredible video captures the moment a massive brawl erupted during a rugby match and engulfed nearly every player on the pitch.The slow motion footage, uploaded to YouTube by a fan in the crowd, shows the violent punch-up between Romanian league title rivals Dinamo Bucharest (red) and Farul Constana (white) in shocking detail. Nine players were taken to hospital after Saturday’s group fight which broke out just six minutes into the game. Local media reported that several Dinamo players became involved in a scuffle coming out of a scrum which quickly escalated into fists and feet flying in all directions and players attacking their rivals from behind. Three of Constanta’s Georgian players were among those hurt, according to coach Virgil Tudose. They were also reported to be at the centre of the fray. The Romanian Rugby federation said it "condemned the players for conduct devoid of fair-play". Dinamo president Elisabeta Lipa said the club coaches would be dismissed "if it emerges they incited the violence".

To be honest i was delighted when i saw 1:16, the whites took such a pounding i was elated to see one of the reds get put down! knock-down of the contest for sure! It's also funny how this is apparently a local derby, truly doubt any future result would matter after this carnage! Bet flat cap didn't even think to tell his wife about it!
