C-man Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Big allocations aren't always great and we won't sell out much next year. Most of those will be nowhere near the actual allocation we will receieve, anyway.
Guest Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Lovely stuff. I'm going to miss Ninian Park Oh Barry Hayles. Is bigger than this.
Alexikokopops Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Oh Barry Hayles. Is bigger than this. One of my finest moments, that.
Guest Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 One of my finest moments, that. <_< Would that be having a bigger gob?
Mickey O'Neil Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Tickets for everyone!! Newcastle's allocation is pretty dire though.
Floating Fox Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Can't see any selling out. And Cov will be 6'000 'cus they have no fans.
J.Lisemore Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Tickets for everyone!! Newcastle's allocation is pretty dire though. I agree, thats pathetic for a stadium so big.
JakeShingler Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Im sure we took about 5k to Covscum last season?
Sods Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 I agree, thats pathetic for a stadium so big. I imagine it may change or could be increased. Remember it is one heck of a journey for teams such as Plymouth next year its madness. Newcastle fans will be quality next season if they come down. Taking massive numbers everywhere.
niffybs Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 COV SH..TY WILL GIVE US A LEAST 15,000 SO THEN THEY CAN GET A CROWD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SamL Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 I created a similar list before the start of the current season, although it was subsequently closed because we're never certain of particular allocations and they're subject to change. Also, your list includes the maximum allocations which may change depending on Police advice and changes to the stadium layout. Cheers for the info though.
Floating Fox Posted 22 April 2009 Posted 22 April 2009 I agree, thats pathetic for a stadium so big. To be fair, they can actually fill their stadium so don't need to give anymore. I'd be surprised if we took the full allocation anyway.
CosbehFox Posted 22 April 2009 Posted 22 April 2009 I expect Newcastle's will be doubled once confirmation that their season ticket numbers have halved.
Guest Posted 22 April 2009 Posted 22 April 2009 I expect Newcastle's will be doubled once confirmation that their season ticket numbers have halved. How dare you! Best fans in the world! Them and the plastic scousers.
Corky Posted 22 April 2009 Posted 22 April 2009 How dare you! Best fans in the world! Them and the plastic scousers. Hark at Ms Cynical here.
act smiley Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 One of my finest moments, that. One of my least, as it took me a couple of minutes to cotton onto it! Great fun though, that day; bed > greggs > prince of wales by about 12. Ahhh the good old days. Now the nearest away trip is Reading, and everyone I'd try and drag along is miles away.
leicesterseddon Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 most of those look like cup allocations - 4800 at derby? 6000 at barnsley?
Granno Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 most of those look like cup allocations - 4800 at derby? 6000 at barnsley? We've had 6000 at Barnsley before, although it was a MASSIVE game, but we're a MASSIVE club.
Shrenchel Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Good stuff. fooking hope Reading go up, that truely is the most fooking awful away day in the football league.
Granno Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Agreed. The Madejski is even worse than the Ricoh.. Gotta agree, what a crap day out.
