Katy Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Yeah, because he missed it on purpose Chris. You're all a bunch of cooooonts!
Katy Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Gareth ( takes it up the) Southgate That doesn't even make sense!
Zingari Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 That doesn't even make sense! in zingari world it does if you imagine where a person's "southern region " is , and then "gate" is obviously another name for an entrance but it's oldish terminology that i would not have expected a youngster such as yer'sen to have heard similar example is when people said things in hushed tones such as " she's got trouble with the back door sticking " if they were constipated or something imagine someone like les dawson saying it
Guest Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Still haven't forgiven that gimp for missing the penalty in Euro 96! Can't wait to see Boro relegated. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. That Pizza Hut add taking the mickey out of the situation was deplorable.
syston_fox Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. That Pizza Hut add taking the mickey out of the situation was deplorable. In fact my only fond memory of the guy was a quality own goal he scored for us. Frank Sinclair could only look on in wonder at that effort!
Corky Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 In fact my only fond memory of the guy was a quality own goal he scored for us. Frank Sinclair could only look on in wonder at that effort! Class finish, totally wrong-footed the Villa keeper
Lillehamring Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 In fact my only fond memory of the guy was a quality own goal he scored for us. Frank Sinclair could only look on in wonder at that effort! i remember that, he tried to pass it back to the keeper and missed, at the time i very wittily observed: 'now that's what i call 'southgates underpass''
Guest Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 In fact my only fond memory of the guy was a quality own goal he scored for us. Frank Sinclair could only look on in wonder at that effort! If I remember rightly, he struggled to cope with Heskey and ended up getting sent off as well.
Corky Posted 23 May 2009 Posted 23 May 2009 If I remember rightly, he struggled to cope with Heskey and ended up getting sent off as well. You remember right. We tore Villa apart that day

Koke Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Because Kareem somehow resisted... How on earth did I miss this?
lou Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 That's not a fair picture of Denzel. I reckon he looks best in Training Day and American Gangster. Sod Orff! Its my fantasy and I love him in EVERYTHING!
Katy Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 Ladies........... I give you......... Lucas Neill He looks like the goalkeeper in Dream Team (who's name escapes me at this moment in time), the one who went mental when his wife left him.
Milky Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 He looks like the goalkeeper in Dream Team (who's name escapes me at this moment in time), the one who went mental when his wife left him. Jaime Parker. Don't see it myself.
General Smuts Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 I'm now stealing 'Takes it in the Southgate'. Excellent work.
syston_fox Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 He looks like the goalkeeper in Dream Team (who's name escapes me at this moment in time), the one who went mental when his wife left him. If you mean this guy.... then that is a shockingly bad shout!!
Katy Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 Jaime Parker. Don't see it myself. No not him, this was way after. He had a weird name, Jaws or something. He had the weirdest eyes ever.
Katy Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 If you mean this guy.... then that is a shockingly bad shout!! Come on Christopher, you know my look-a-likes are nigh on perfect. I do not mean Jamie, I would have said him if I had meant him because I remember his name.
