Claymore Posted 25 June 2009 Posted 25 June 2009 I am usually a bit of a lurker rather than a poster, but our lack of any signings or even rumours is worrying me a bit. You see the like of Derby and Palace getting people in with not a sniff about us. I only hope Nigel and the rest are just keeping things very low key to avoid anyone elses interest in potentials. I mean, the team are back for preseason in a couple of weeks.

I mean, the team are back for preseason in a couple of weeks. a)The transfer window isn't open yet. b) We've already signed 4 players, which is more than most other teams, including Palace and Derby.

But we have signed one not exactly the most exciting but still a signing none the less, Infact we've signed 2 if you include Jack Hobbs on the back of last season Most signing, and most clubs don't bother signing till the start of Pre-Season Training (July 1st) anyway. Infact i've been surprised how many rumours have been flying about this early into summer for other clubs, as generally in past years (For what i've noticed) from the end of the season up until the start of Pre-Season Training it's generally quiet in. Patience. EDIT - We've actually signed 3, If again you include Wayne Brown on the back of last season. EDIT OF EDIT - Mikey who's the 4th. I've forgot EDIT OF EDIT OF EDIT - Got it, Robbie Neilson!

Dan Posted 25 June 2009 Posted 25 June 2009 This thread explains why your a lurker. It is frustrating not signing players for a month or splashing the cash, give it a week and we will have signed someone im 95% sure of it.
