On a serious note though the reason it's not racist as racism is about 'power' and so it becomes possible for non-whites to act with extreme prejudice but not necessarily racist as the power lies with the majority which in terms of world power has been dominated and controlled by white communities. e.g. the insult "you white honky bast'rd" being said by a black guy carries little weight but a white person calling a black person a "black .........." carries meaning, history and more power than the other phrase, that's the difference. Though I think we are now about ready for a film "Black men can't swim" it may be the sequal to "cool runnings" Although on a side note racism and prejudice are also transitional in language, so it depends on ones intent when they speak not always the words they use. eg, "Getting down to the 'nitty gritty' " is a phrase often innocently used by people.
