Lillehamring Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 the jocks are over for the game tonight and i had no idea that so many of them dragged out their kilts for these kinds of thing, i mean even the night before the match - hundreds of kilts... and they even set up a huge temporary bar in one of the main squares, full of scotsmen - and i have to say that they all joined in the real high parts of 'take on me' - jolly funny. no wonder they are treated so much more positively than english fans abroad... anyway, i think it'll be a great atmosphere tonight - and scotland will lose....

Might seem harsh but fair decisions from the ref imo.

Might seem harsh but fair decisions from the ref imo. Agree it was a red card. It was more of a 'I can't believe Riise didn't get sent off' comment than disbelief at Caldwell's. I thought he might have had the common sense to just give the free kick after letting Riise off the hook. Salt in the wound that he scored the goal. Still, two wrongs don't make a right.
