davieG Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 Nottingham Forest's East Midlands Championship clash with Leicester City at The City Ground on Saturday, December 5 will now kick-off at 1pm. The game originally had a 3pm kick-off but it has been brought forward two hours at the request of the police. http://www.nottinghamforest.co.uk/page/New...1792870,00.html
Unit Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 That's annoying, I think it only kicked off last time because of the clive clark incident
syston_fox Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 So long as they don't move it from the saturday I'm not that fussed what time it kicks off.
Huuuuuume Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 For fox sake. Well, I'm not bothered, just have to wake up a bit earlier and have some Carlings for breakie.
Bluefoxtim Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 Oh, for, ducks sake! I finish work at 12 on saturdays - so this messes up both the Cov and Forest away games now. <_<
LCFC-ARAB Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 shite! complete shite was planning on arriving in nottingham around 9.30am anyway.... so just means less time in the pub. But still shite
MPH Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 considering the close proximity of both clubs, and IF the timing is to stop some sort of drinking going on then they will clearly fail...
Guest Bilo Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 So long as they don't move it from the saturday I'm not that fussed what time it kicks off. Pretty much. Bit annoying that we don't get as much pub time before the game, but we can always have a few more post-game.
Guest Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 considering the close proximity of both clubs, and IF the timing is to stop some sort of drinking going on then they will clearly fail... Rather than having people turn up for a few drinks before the game, and head straight back to Leicester after the game, it's now more likely that people will hang around in Nottingham afterwards, to try and catch Stelling in one of the bars closer to the ground.
Guest Bilo Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 Not sure why they've moved this to be honest, Forest don't care about us so they won't be any trouble.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 Well thats fooking annoying are they Posh in disguise?
Tommeh Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 fooking bottlejobs. Wonder if they'll tamper with our allocation like they did with Derby, down to 3,600 from 4,000 odd they usually give I think.
Fox92 Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 Not fussed as long as it doesn't go to a Sunday or midweek game, 1pm is fine although we don't usually win when its kick's off early. Makes it easier for me to get to work that night though
samjohnson Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 This sucks... That means ive got to get up earlier... Not cool Forest. NOT. COOL.
jonthefox Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 This always make me laugh. If people are desperate enough for a punch up, the`ll do it whatever time the game kicks off.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 10 September 2009 Posted 10 September 2009 Gutted I'm missing this one. I'll be in Vegas though so not too sad!

Agree with all of these
