Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 23 September 2009 Posted 23 September 2009 I would be quite pissed off if i was a County fan. He sees what that league is like and thinks 'I dont like the look of this' and buggers off! Was good at Arsenal but I've never rated him since and wouldn't want him here.
Head Honcho Posted 23 September 2009 Posted 23 September 2009 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...-just-game.htmlCouldn't hack it, reckon he'd do a good job for us? No thank you! Hopefully he'll get signed up by a prem team in Jan as I have him in my FFT.
AjcW Posted 23 September 2009 Posted 23 September 2009 Sod that! I'd keep mine and in another 20 years it could be worth at least 50p. Sod that... Sol Campbell will only have a personal wealth of 50p by then if he carrys on being this twatty.
Ultra Posted 23 September 2009 Posted 23 September 2009 No thank you!Hopefully he'll get signed up by a prem team in Jan as I have him in my FFT. I doubt that. He'll have to prove his fitness both physically and mentally before anyone offers him another contract. At 35 he might find that easier said than done.
Collier Posted 23 September 2009 Posted 23 September 2009 Yep, people would be stupid to take a punt on the unproven Sol Campbell who was part of a rock solid, FA Cup winning Portsmouth backline not so long ago. Personal problems don't make him a bad player, if he wanted to sign for City I'd roll out the red fucking carpet.
Unit Posted 23 September 2009 Posted 23 September 2009 Just seen him in morrisons.... Ah that's who the new security guard is then? Jesus, county must've had him on tuppence a week

Me too Todd, stuff that Bulgarian.
The Blur Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 Can't sign for anyone until January apparently. Free agents are eligible to sign for anyone at anytime? Zenden was a free agent and he took his time in negiotating with Portsmouth ( I think) on the deadline day on SSN and they said he can sign for them after deadline day

Generally free agents are free before the window closes and can then join clubs. Those who become free while it is closed have to meet strict criteria. Doesn't appear likely in this case from what I have read so far.
