Hi everyone I've not been on here for a long time, but I do have some information you might like. I went to the Barwell game tonight (won 1-0, Clemence pen) and saw Chris Powell there, he walked over somewhere else, then came back 5 minutes later with two half cast men, he introduced them to one of our coaches and said "I'd like you to meet Jason Puncheon", I also heard him mention something about the number 5, this would be contract details, maybe how many years hes signed for MK Dons, how many months we've taken him on loan? Who knows, but I promise you all I am not making this up, watch this space.

i think if we were interested in signing Jason Puncheon then it would be the coaches introducing him to the players, not the other way round....

For other uses, see Half-caste (disambiguation).

Half-caste (or often mis-spelt half-cast) is a term used to describe people of mixed race or ethnicity.[1] Caste comes from the Latin castus, meaning pure, and the derivative Portuguese and Spanish casta, meaning race. The term originates from the Indian caste system, where a person of 'lesser' or half-caste would be deemed to be of a 'lower class'. While the origins of the term are derogatory, its usage has evolved to give it the more objective meaning described above.

Half caste is a term used in the United Kingdom and other English-speaking parts of the world. An example is a child of black African and white European parentage. The term mulatto (from Spanish "Mulato") has also been used for this particular mixture. Both terms are considered impolite and potentially offensive in the U.S., as the words have been used pejoratively in the past to ostracize and isolate the offspring of such unions. For example, "children of the plantation" (the children of African-American slaves and their European-American masters in the U.S. Southern states) were not accepted as heirs, and in most cases, the relationship was never acknowledged, and "half-caste" conveyed the deliberate exclusion. The term 'half caste' was once commonly used in the U.K. and remains in occasional use today

Terms denoting colour can and do cause offence to some people so should be avoided. Are you saying that the term was used unnecessarily or maliciously or both?

Well yes there is always the possibility he is just Powells mate, but we'll just see what happens, give it a few days.

He CANT leave MK until the end of the season, so ill give it a season :P

Yes, he is an attacking midfielder who can also play on the wings.

He was very greedy but extremely effective last season, he ripped everybody apart. This season he's more likely to look up and pass to players in a better position but still goes on one of his runs that invariably ends up with him legging it past the entire team and smashing it straight at the keeper, exciting to watch though and his finishing is getting better.

Last year he ran from his own box past 5 players and slotted one in against Brighton away and scored a 45 yard lob first time on the volley against Oldham.

Why can't he leave in January ?

Its a non recall non sell loan. Basically its fixed until the end of the season.

Precisely. He looked awesome that day and if that's how he usually plays then he's a quality player.
