Flynny Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Anyone know how many tickets we've actually sold? I'm 50/50 on buying one at the gate.
davieG Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Anyone know how many tickets we've actually sold? I'm 50/50 on buying one at the gate. This was posted on the OS @ 10:45ish this morning It's 'Derby Day' and with the biggest crowd of the season so far at the Walkers Stadium, City supporters are urged to get their tickets NOW to avoid disappointment. The main ticket office has been open since 9am and queues are expected right up until kick-off. To secure your seat for the big one, either visit the ticket office in person, call 0844 815 5000, e-mail
Budweiser Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Come on City I've got a good feeling about this game and we need to keep the pressure on the teams around us. 3-2 I reckon, but any win will do me nicely. If this is a sell-out I will be suprised considering the ludicrous prices they have been charging, platinum game my arse.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Seems so long ago we last played. Would love a win
maddog Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Seems so long ago we last played. Would love a win Sheffield United are losing at Scunny currently so a win for us will almost definitely see us into the top six. Come on boys lets get back in the playoff places
DanTheFox07 Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Feeling confident about today`s game, Derby I feel are a team there for the taking today, have a few of there better players not really 100% fit from what I understand. We have many reason`s to feel confident and with campbell back on the first team scene I think were becoming a team that others are very wary of now. Still not sure of gallagher`s out right position within city`s line up? like to see him in behind the front 2 but not sure if this will upset the side? im going for a 2-1 win today.
Legend_in_blue Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 It's very quiet on here today. Where is everybody? Enjoy the game people, I'm off there now to witness another 4-0 thrashing within 15 minutes of the start. Cheers.
gibraltarfox Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 my stepdads been a derby season ticket holder for 20 yrs to his cost and from what i can gather the first choice defence is pretty much all out and commons and barker are nowhere near match fit so i fancy a comfortable win today. Morrison and Berner need to be on form and keep the wingers quiet and we should be fine. Had a dream we won 4 nil the other night so i chucked a fiver on at 35/1 just in case. Any win'l do me fine for the bragging rights and it should put us back in the play offs which can only be good for morale even at this early stage. In your Derby slums, In your Derby slums, Your mum's on the game and your dad's in the nick, You can't get a job 'cause your so f*****g thick, In your Derby slums. In your Derby slums You look in the dustbin for something to eat, ...You find a dead dog and you think it's a treat, There's piss on the pavements and shit in the street In your Derby slums
jonthefox Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 got a good feeling about this one 2-0 citeh. ps, i went past the walkers at about 12 ish, and there was quite a few people there already. How do you entertain yourself for 3 hours? booze i suppose.
Wycombe Fox Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Weale, Morrison, Brown, Oakley ©, Howard, King, Dyer, Fryatt, Berner, Wellens, Hobbs. Subs: McGivern, Logan, Adams, Waghorn, Kermorgant, Campbell, Gallagher.
Wycombe Fox Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Four strikers on the bench!! I think NP really wants to win this one.
Jonezy Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 KOM SÅ LEICESTER!!! Better not lose to the bloody Sheepshagers.... Howard to redeem himself against his old club please.
Jordan Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 I can see goals for both sides today. Derby have a decent (not too great but not too poor) strike partnership but Leicester are better all around. Plus Derby seem like they're total crap away. 3-1 to City is my guess.
Suffolk_fox Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 My best mate/best man is a big Derby fan from Ilkeston. I love being able to wind him up on Derby Day! C'mon Citeh!! INTO EM!!!!!!!!!!!!! fook EM UP!!!!!!!!!!

Fosse Boy Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Ring of Fire sounding good on 5 Live Sports Extra. :chant: Come on City! :scarf:
Lillehamring Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 domination, yes - but has their keeper had to make a save?
