Fair enough, but against a potential strikeforce of Messi, Tevez, Aguero (over-rated by some I know), and Maxi Rodriguez, I think I know who I'll put my bets on :thumbup:

As did Sami Etoo. Obviously a class act, but there are questions marks when he goes up against really good athletes. Serbia still have one of the best defenses in the tournament and enough quality going forward for me to want to avoid them.

Socceroo. I think English fans know less about the current Australia side, we knew before that Kewell and Viduka were key players and had a good look when you stuffed us at Upton Park. I'm not sure how you are set up these days, I presume Cahill and Bresciano are your most important players? What are your hopes and expectations, just to get out of the group? Id rather draw you than USA, Mexico or South Korea, but I don't know much about either your or the Koreans so there is a bit of guessing involved in that.

The important players are probably Kewell and Cahill as our main scorers We predominatly play 4-5-1 much like at the last World Cup and all thru the qualifiers were in 14 qualifers we only conceded 1 goal which was in the last game....our game is built on controling the tempo with a Midfeild of Cullina, Emerton, Grella, Bresciano, Kewell and Cahill.

I think Quarter finals are realistic considering how close we were in Germany, assuming players stay fit as depth will be our issue. Find it intresting that you would rate South Korea ahead of us but they did beat us in a friendly in South Korea 6 months ago but it was really what a friendly is about with us resting many first team players and our lack of depth evident.

My favourites for the tournament personally.

Would agree with you on the Ivanovic point, Ted, but Vidic looks immensely shakey up against anyone with a bit of speed. He's terrified of Fernando Torres and the skill and agility of Messi would give him nightmares.

He's a quality player, sure, but I doubt Messi fears anyone.

Amen, just because Torres has done it twice to Vidic it doesnt mean Messi will, Torres is alot stronger and this is something Vidic doesnt like, Argentina wouldnt be able to lump the ball up to Messi and him do Vidic like that and I doubt Vidic would let himself get sucked out of position to go after Messi. So comparing them really is pointless. :whistle:

Spain are the only team I fear going into the World Cup - there are no other teams that I think would beat with our best eleven out, people saying Brazil completely outclassed us, yeah they did but we missed alot of players. France, Portugal, Germany, Itlay, Holland, Serbia, Argentina and Ivory Coast I fancy us to beat any of them, with our best eleven out.

Can't wait for this though, love World Cup draw. Worst case scenario we get USA, Ivory Coast and France/Portugal, still all very much winnable.

England with a full strength squad shouldnt fear anyone. For me its all down to the big moments during the match thats when you have to give that little extra and pull through, its those moments that england have failed to win in the past that has cost us, I guess its down to keeping your heads and not to panic.
