Matt Posted 1 January 2010 Posted 1 January 2010 Happy new year. Just got in, pissed, Possibly best new years eve out so far, despite not looking forward to it before I went out, probably beer. Last year was great for LCFC and things are looking bright, Hopefully the year ahead will be great for LCFC and great for me, I actually wonder where i'll be in a years time, Previous New Years have been quite simple for me, Been in a stable job, same old, same old, Last year was change I was made redunant in Feburary and life changed I was unemployed and ended up temping (In the career I wanted to but still temping, not something I wanted) the company who were employing me temp said they want to take me on temp maybe full time this year, I also have 2 interviews (Hopefully) in at the start of this year, Should those options not got my way and I am uneployed by Feb/March time i've decided a 12 month working holiday to Australia may be the right move, When I spoke to my cousins on xmas dat 1 tried to get me to come over and work for him, and another asked they question why don't I come overf? So who knows where i'll be in a years time? Hopefully the year ahead will be the best yet?# Anyway sorry for the essay blame the beer...Happy New Year to everyone!

It was a jaegermeister in a red bull and after downing it in one somebody squeezed a lemon in your eye. I wouldn't take part because I thought it was stupid but there were older blokes than me taking part. Why do people do things like that?

You should go for it, thats a one in a lifetime chance! My friend went for 6 months working, came back then went back on a 4 year visa now lives there and has never looked back. I had the worst NYE ever.... supposed to have been seeing it in with the eldest Daughter and hubby, she was pining for the b/f and went to bed at 11.15 and my other half was snoring by 11.30 so I spend midnight on my own trying to calm the dog down who was having hysterics at the fireworks Need to make sure Ive got something planned next year

Guest DavidJCW Posted 3 January 2010 Posted 3 January 2010 It may be seriously late but a massive Happy New Year from Belgium (where I am right now) to everyone on here! It's been great here as it started snowing at around 6pm on 31st December and lasted for around 8 hours. Since then it hasn't melted at all as the temperatures have been so low therefore we've had a wonderful covering for all of 2010 so far! What's more is that tonight it's been snowing again and topped up the covering with even more! Magical stuff!
