Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 January 2010 Posted 10 January 2010 http://www.brentfordfc.co.uk/page/LatestNe...1926684,00.htmlJudging by the above link, Brentford aren't very optimistic that they'll be able to get their game with Doncaster on, meaning our game at Doncaster is unlikely to go ahead on the 19th. fooking typical. I can see us playing away game after the home one now.
Matt Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Brentford v Doncaster - Officially off. So that means our game v Doncaster is off doesn't it?
Leicester Rule! Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Brentford v Doncaster - Officially off. So that means our game v Doncaster is off doesn't it? Confirmed on Brentfords site, there game is on the 19th! So unless we end up playing Doncaster reservers it will be off!!
Matt Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Confirmed on Brentfords site, there game is on the 19th!So unless we end up playing Doncaster reservers it will be off!! I think we should as a forfeit for Doncaster not getting the game on in the first place.
Fox92 Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Even if Brentford would have played, Doncaster would have been called off anyway. Also, thinking Barnsley might be off as well.
Fox You Forest Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Not too bothered really, would have been a couple of expensive weeks, this eases it some.
Tommeh Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Good. I may actually make and do ok in my exam on the 20th now.
h1210 Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Just noticed on the OS and BBC Sport that this is down as the 23rd February. Seven games in a month is gonna be a bit of a struggle, especially if we pick up a few injuries.
SamL Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 According to the Fixture list on the OS, this game has been rearranged for Tuesday 23rd February.
Fox You Forest Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Interesting, Bristol, Plymouth and Doncaster away in eight days.
SamL Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Interesting, Bristol, Plymouth and Doncaster away in eight days. Expensive.
h1210 Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Expensive. Plus Cardiff somewhere along the way aswell. 2nd Feb? 2nd March? Who knows, sod's law the Barnsley match gets called off and a 4th round replay is needed.
Fox You Forest Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Expensive. Yep, not really worked out any better really, Just delaying it.
Guest Bilo Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Onwards and upwards to Barnsley then. Was looking forward to Donny an' all. <_<
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 I wish we had gone out the cup now, after getting a shitty draw and we cdould have played Barnsley on a Saturday as they have gone out then I could have gone to probably the best away game we will have this season in terms of atmosphere.
Dylan Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Bloody helll. 7 fixtures in Feb. 6 in March. And there's bound to be more cause you can tell there will be more postponements, and you can see Bristol v Cardiff 2moro being a draw. Are donny still in the cup? ... If not, We should have provisonally agreed to play them on FA Cup 4th round day, providing Bristol v Cardiff's a draw.
Hitesh Posted 12 January 2010 Posted 12 January 2010 From OS: (Spot the error...!) Doncaster Game MovedPosted on: Tue 12 Jan 2010 The Coca-Cola Championship match between Leicester City and Doncaster Rovers has been rearranged. The game will now take place on Tuesday 23rd January and will kick-off at 7.45pm. The game was provisionally rearranged for Tuesday 19th January, depending on Rovers FA cup 3rd round tie with Brentford. Unfortunately, the game between Rovers and the Bee's has fallen victim to the weather once again.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 12 January 2010 Posted 12 January 2010 From OS: (Spot the error...!) Didn't realise Leicester and Doncaster had the combined power to move time now
samlcfc Posted 12 January 2010 Posted 12 January 2010 From OS: (Spot the error...!) So when actually is this game , or am i just being an idiot.
Sir Fynwy Posted 12 January 2010 Posted 12 January 2010 Feb 23rd suits me, I can now go to this one (pity I'm in the US for the Forest game though).
Hitesh Posted 12 January 2010 Posted 12 January 2010 So when actually is this game , or am i just being an idiot. They put the 23rd January instead of 23rd February!
Matt Posted 12 January 2010 Posted 12 January 2010 Right just had a thought its probably been discussed somewhere and i'm well behind (It'd be nothing new). Bristol City v Cardiff City - FA Cup 3rd Round is being played tonight, Provided this doesn't need a replay, Cardiff City have no game next Tuesday night, We were going to play Doncaster Rovers next Tuesday but that has now gone tits up due to them having to play Brentford next Tuesday so we have no game next Tuesday either so provided there is a winner out of the Bristol City/Cardiff City FA Cup game tonight why not rearrange our match v Cardiff for next week? As I said probably been discussed already maybe even in this thread but i'm probably well behind as usual, but only just thought about it and looked into the possibility.

Not enough time to get it sorted now. Need more than a weeks notice realistically I would have thought.
