This might be our only great chance! I'd sooner have a shit season in the Premier League than live a life of mid-table mediocrity in the Championship.
ramboacdc Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 i think the teams good enough, they just havent got all the tactics correct and playing players in the wrong position. i think if we do make the playoffs we will pull out or a game but i will be happy with a top 12 finish really. shows some progress to ensure we arent going back to league one

MrSpaM Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 Lets put it this way, for**st are about on par with the bottom 3 in the premiership in terms of player quality, and if they can stick 5 past us on a good day it kinda shows what could possibly happen if we did go up. I'd like to see us in the prem again as much as the next man, i'm just not keen on seeing us get annhilated week in week out, it would ruin our squad, and we'd lose every player with value at the club. Saying that the newcastle game installed some hope in me that we are getting better as a team, and that we have some players that could compete at that level.
