EXILEDFOX Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 As always thanks DavieG - made staying up until 3am well worth it......... keep up the excellent goals site !!
Captain... Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 Apparently you can't be legend unless you love this: Unfortunately I can't stand him. But thanks anyway glad to be of service. I can't stand the big collared twat either, but I love DavieG, you are a legend much appreciated by the foxiles.
Pegosteve Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 Awesome header. Had that been Drogba it would have been on SSN every 2 minutes!! Pure class and cheek. Nice one. Get well soon Matty.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 Thanks Davie, shame neither there or on The Football League Show they didn't show Solano's shot that was tipped over, I'd really like to see that again!
Unit Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 What was all this on the football league show that Gallagher told Ian stringer the goalie had let him score that last header?
dave_the_fox Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 What was all this on the football league show that Gallagher told Ian stringer the goalie had let him score that last header? Murphy shouted "head it" i presume to put him off because it was quite a difficult chance. Gallagher just did as he was told!
Corky Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 Some great goals in there, lovely to see threatening set-pieces too.
davieG Posted 14 February 2010 Author Posted 14 February 2010 Highlights now posted including the Potted history bit.
Lillehamring Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 Waghorn's goal was all about Gallaghers determination to get the ball. reminded me of impey's cross for muzzy's wondergoal---
Guest Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 Two lucky deflected goals (Gallagher's first and Waggy's). Apart from that, love it. You make your own luck. I don't care how they go in.
Collymore Posted 14 February 2010 Posted 14 February 2010 reminded me of impey's cross for muzzy's wondergoal--- ...and Mark Robins cross at wembley against Middlesbrough for Heskey's equaliser...
Steven Posted 15 February 2010 Posted 15 February 2010 BTW.. what does "nap" mean? From this. http://www.google.com/dictionary?q=nap+han...&oi=dict_re
ozleicester Posted 15 February 2010 Posted 15 February 2010 From this. http://www.google.com/dictionary?q=nap+han...&oi=dict_re thanks.. you learn something every day... heard of brace and hat trick of course, but never "nap", so, I wonder, what is four called?
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 15 February 2010 Posted 15 February 2010 Never heard 'Nap' either. Good goals thanks Davie G.
marbelladave Posted 15 February 2010 Posted 15 February 2010 Nap. It may originate from a card game (cribbage?), when a player wins all 5 tricks. He is said to have a nap hand.
