Another 7 game month, another crucial month. Another decent month like Feb, will help us seal our playoff spot. In March, we've got:

Sheff Wed (A)

Cardiff (H)

Crystal Palace (A)

Coventry (H)

Reading (H)

Derby (A)

Cardiff (A)

I reckon we'll get:

Sheff Wed (A)- 1 point- after great performance at Forest, cant see us getting 3 wins in a row.

Cardiff (H)- 3 points- i'd take a point, but think we can scrap a 1-0 win.

Crystal Palace (A)- 3 points.

Coventry (H)- 1 point-

Reading (H)- 3 points

Derby (A)- 0 points- tough derby, think we'll lose by a goal.

Cardiff (A)- 0 points.

= 11 points.

Sheff Wed- Great club but I think we can do it 1-2

Cardiff - I reckon draw 0-0

Palace - I come from a palace town so we have to win this, no other option, 0-3

Coventry - Draw 1-1

Reading - Should win 2-0 but they're playing really well right now so will have to see how they're doing by then

Derby - Win- 2-1 hopefully

Cardiff - Lose this one, maybe 1-3

= 14

In the ideal case, it could look like this:

Sheff Wed (A) - 3

Cardiff (H) - 3

Crystal Palace (A) - 3

Coventry (H) - 3

Reading (H) - 3

Derby (A) - 3

Cardiff (A) - 1

19 points.

Sheff Wed (A) - 3 points. We should win this and hopefully we'll continue our good run here.

Cardiff (H) - 1 point. I know this is a winnable match, but it's going to be a tough one so I'm going for the draw.

Crystal Palace (A) - 3 points. Very winnable as by this point, they could be managerless and in real trouble... there for the taking.

Coventry (H) - 1 point. Difficult game. They're playing well at the moment so getting a point would still be good. Hoping for 3 though!

Reading (H) - 3 points. They're still near the foot of the table and at home, we should get the win.

Derby (A) - 1 point. Hard away game... couldn't decided between a win or a draw, but because it's away, I went for the draw.

Cardiff (A) - 0 points. Away at Cardiff, it could be a defining game but at the moment, I think we'll lose... hope I'm wrong though.

We're not going to win them all but they are all very, very winnable. Cardiff are in poor nick and Wednesday have just been hammered.

Sheff Wed (A)- 0-1, 3 points.

Cardiff (H)- We can win this, we can get ourselves up for this, if we win we'll be close to cementing the playoffs.

Crystal Palace (A)- Win, another 3.

Coventry (H)- Loss. Why not?

Reading (H)- Draw, Reading are back on the up but we'll underestimate them.

Derby (A)- Win, they're shit.

Cardiff (A)- Draw.

I make that 13 from 7, automatic form just about. :D [/carriedaway]

Sheff Wed (A)- 3 points. Mini revival under Alan Irvine appears to have faltered, and a 5-0 reverse at Reading is hardly ideal preparation. 1-0 win.

Cardiff (H)- 1 point. Neither will want to lose this one, so could end up being quite a negative game. 1-1.

Crystal Palace (A)- 3 points. In disarray off the field, and Warnock's imminent departure could extend that to the pitch. 2-1 win.

Coventry (H)- 3 points. Resurgent at the moment but they have an appalling record at the Walkers and we aren't in bad form ourselves. 1-0 win.

Reading (H)- 3 points. Have improved since we beat them on their own patch but still rather shot shy. 2-0 win.

Derby (A)- 1 point. Forest was the first local derby we've won all season and Derby have looked a different side since beating Forest themselves. Tough game. 1-1.

Cardiff (A)- 0 points. Unbeaten run could come to an end here, Cardiff are no mugs at home and this will be the third midweek game in a row. 2-1 defeat.

14 points and up to 68 points to leave us tantalisingly close to securing a play-off spot.

With NP highlighting our consistent points haul pr month this season, or play-off credentials and even talking about pushing for automatic promotion, I can see this month being an anti-climactic one. I'm nervous about potential injuries to key players as that would most likely halt our progress. With automatic promotion being unrealistic (let's face it, there have been at least two teams consistently better than us all season, and nothing suggests we'll close the gap to WBA), I feel that the play-off place we currently hold is ours to lose. 10 points would be a decent haul for this month...

Sheff Wed (A) - 1 - They'll nick a draw and we'll throw away a 1-0 lead.

Cardiff (H) - 3 - Tough home win. It will be a dire game, they'll play for a draw.

Crystal Palace (A) - 0 - We never win at Palace.

Coventry (H) - 3 - They'll come at us and we'll beat them at least 2-0.

Reading (H) - 3 - Easy win.

Derby (A) - 1 - This will be difficult. We can scramble a draw.

Cardiff (A) - 0 - Not a chance.

11 points it is then.

Optimistic, Very Optimistic

Loads

This was also my prediction for February so i gotta follow suit really ;)

Why isnt anyone that optimistic for Cardiff away?

If they are as bad as they have been in recent games we have a real chance. Plus we are hard to beat anyway so if we go there and they have improved I still dont think we will get beat,

The game I think we might lose though is Sheff Wed, if we get manager of the month!

Wins at Palace, Derby and Wednesday and a couple of home draws and i'll be well chuffed

Reading and Cov will be tough games in my opinion.

Seeing as I'm probably going to be at all 4 away games, I'll go with:

Sheff Weds - 1 point

Cardiff (h) - 1 point

Palarse away - 0 points but epic day

Cov - 3 points

Reading - 1 point

Derby - 0 points and tragic all round

Cardiff (a) - 0 points and a depressingly long drive to and from Wales

Total = an extremely pessimistic 6 points and numerous calls for Pearson's head.
