Uncle Monty Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 As i live in Cardiff, this is the biggest game for me. I'd love it if we won, I have a friend who works for them and he is convinced they are going to go into administration. It would benefit us but it would be a shame, Ridsdale is a hated man here, like everywhere then i suppose.
Darkzzz_ Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 It will be a tough game but one I am looking forward to. I'm going for a 2-1 home win.
MC Prussian Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 It will be a tough game but one I am looking forward to. I'm going for a 2-1 home win. Same here, would be more than happy with a 2-1 win at home, then snatch a draw at their place.

MC Prussian Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Hopefully we will succeed in that. We always do well against the high-flyers, only to let the fans down with miserable performances against the lamp-holders at the bottom. All in all, a Forest home matchday experience would be suitable enough.

All in all, a Forest home matchday experience would be suitable enough. I missed the Forest game as I was in Barcelona, gutted but delighted at the same time. I swear I nearly gave a woman a heart attack when I jumped up and down in the street thanks to some epic text updates confirming we were 1-0, 2-0, 3-0 up!! But Forest don't care about us, I will never forget how much they cared on that horrible December day last year.
dogadug Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Cardiff have numerous key players out, including Chopra for picking up his 10th booking. So I'm going for 2-0 to City. Waghorn and Dyer with the goals
Guest Mee-9 Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Just got this reply from Stringer about Weale's fitness. IanStringerBBC yeh he's fit. Training tomorrow and in fact I'm recording a feature for Late Kick Off with him tomorrow which should be good He's good to play then.
davieG Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Cardiff City set for triple injury boost Cardiff should be boosted by the return of Peter Whittingham, Steve McPhail and Mark Kennedy for Saturday's crunch clash at Leicester. I've read Chopra could be out, with his 10th booking last night - or does that mean the game after us
lcfcadam Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Cardiff City set for triple injury boost Cardiff should be boosted by the return of Peter Whittingham, Steve McPhail and Mark Kennedy for Saturday's crunch clash at Leicester. I've read Chopra could be out, with his 10th booking last night - or does that mean the game after us He's suspended for the game against us and the following game.
Simo86 Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 He's suspended for the game against us and the following game. Are you sure? I thought suspensions started 7 days after the offence. I could be wrong though He is out, I've just looked at their site!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 This is a must win game. A draw will not be a good enough result. We need a bit of a winning streak now, to gain confidence, and to believe in ourselves.
lcfcadam Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Are you sure? I thought suspensions started 7 days after the offence. I could be wrong though He is out, I've just looked at their site! Only problem is they stuck 4 past us in the Cup and he didn't even score 1!
Guest Mee-9 Posted 11 March 2010 Posted 11 March 2010 Cardiff striker Michael Chopra is suspended for Saturday's Championship clash with Leicester City at the Walkers Stadium.Chopra, who is second in the overall scoring charts with 14 goals, misses the Walkers Stadium clash and the trip to Coventry on Tuesday after picking up his 10th booking of the season in Tuesday night's 2-0 defeat at Ipswich. And Chopra's ill-discipline has earned him a tongue-lashing from Bluebirds boss Dave Jones Good news. Shame it wasn't Whittingham either.
atw88 Posted 11 March 2010 Posted 11 March 2010 Chops is out for 2 games. We should have Whittingham back though. McCormack will just up in front instead. We'll win.
jonthefox Posted 11 March 2010 Posted 11 March 2010 Its going to be a drubbing , and i`ll tell you why. This is only the second home game ive missed this season ,with the other being................yep, you got it. scunny.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 12 March 2010 Posted 12 March 2010 Can't see us winning this now as my cousin is coming and he is a right Jonah.

lcfcadam Posted 13 March 2010 Posted 13 March 2010 what do you think the attendance will be? Id guess at roughly 24,500 being as its a bigish game??? anyone know how many cardiff have sold? Nah - 23,000 if we're lucky. No info I can find on Cardiff's side of things...
