Losing on Wednesday makes this all the more important!

Come on you blues.

A win today would go along way. Put one over our rivals too.

Come on City :bounce: :bounce:

Not feeling remotely optimistic about today. :(

Hope city will prove me wrong. :fc:

Look at the way they punched Forest off the park.

They have a great form at home and have gelled as a spirited squad, they fight for the ball and we've demonstrated that we stutter when placed under that much pressure. For two seasons we have excelled when teams accord us too much respect - Derby will not do this today.

I feel the manner with which we approach the match and how we respond to the disappointment of the last two games will dictate how well we can expect to perform in the play-offs. Insipid play, resorting to going deep and pumping balls forward to a single little man - we are playing Championship football next season.

We are going to have to man-up and take responsibility all over the park. This is more than just a match, dominate them and we take a barrow-load of confidence into the Baggies match.

'Mon you Blues :scarf:

Got to admit I also have this negative gut feeling today - hope the Foxes prove me dead wrong. Winning this one will eradicate the misfortune on Wednesday.

I also aren't too optimistic for this.

I really hate it when we don't have Berner (assuming he's not fit again), the stats without him don't lie. I don't think they're entirely coincidental...

But anyway, something deep is telling me I am not confident about this one. Derby are strong at home and have certainly got it in them to pull off a good result against the better sides in the division. That said, we should all have great confidence in our own set of players. They've got us this far, it's just a case of getting over the line now. Three points today would be massive given the midweek result.

YOUUU BLUUUES.

I can never see the point of these threads.

If you extend that to the entire forum, and maybe life in general, then I understand where you're coming from.

What you mean?

This is a Leicester forum, it's a given that we all want city to win. What's the point of posting 'come on Leicester'?

If you extend that to the entire forum, and maybe life in general, then I understand where you're coming from.

:crylaugh: spot on mate. What is a Leicester City forum without match day threads, we could of course all sit on our own little hills and not try to debate one of our passions.

I am very apprehensive about this game. It's a big 'un in my eyes. If we win I'll be back in work on Monday declaring a trip to Wembley on May 22nd, dancing around like a spoilt kid again. If we lose, I'll have my head down and be a miserable s**t taking lots of the "the wheels have come off" type banter, worrying about our next game. I'm sorry, I just can't help s**ting myself now we've come so close. Only 3 points today can ease my pressure.

Come on City. Come on!! :sweating::blush::chant::beer::scarf: :city:
