So proud ... but ....

So fooking heartbreaking, the lads did us so very proud ...

But ....

Howard Webb ... Absolutely fukcing shameful. Match fixing, simple as. The bookings, the penalty, Chopra standing on Wellens head. WORST REF EVER.

Chopra - cheating cnut.

Bothroyd - cheating cnut.

Cardiff - fook off cheating shits. I hope Blackpool and Dj grind you into the fooking ground, you undeserving cheating diving head stamping tossers.

Rant over.

It'll probably sink in with me tomorrow morning.

Now I need a good night's sleep. My nerves have taken too much of a toll.

BLUE ARMY - loud and proud.

Still - Blackpool or Cardiff in the Premier League? Shameful.

Completely gutted. We should have had that, Chopra is a top class ****. When it comes down to penalties there's not much to say, it essentially goes down to luck.... OR paying a frenchman £20k to fook his up

I am feeling pride right now, pride in going away, playing our hearts out for 120 minutes and going out on penalties.

The referee was dreadful, for both sides I hasten to add, but maybe it was just me but not booking Chopra? Ridiculous.

Disappointed, but we weren't disgraced. We played our part in a terrific game of football.

I'm as gutted as anyone and I did think the ref had a shit game (as did the lino that missed the offside before the pen.)

But I don't think Chopra struck out maliciously at Wellens and I don't think he dived for the penalty. Isn't a poor spirited footballer, really. Bothroyd's a diving twat, mind but as angry as I am, I wouldn't call Cardiff a team of cheats.

End of the day they've played some good football and going forward they've terrorized us across two games. We've been horribly unlucky to go out as we have but I refuse to take my anger out (regardless of any Welsh bias) on a good footballing side who deserve a place in the final.

Can I blame silly French strikers instead?

I guess its no surprise that the 2 most dangerous players for cardiff scored all their goals, not sure if its because our players weren't good enough to cope with them or poor tactics, who knows.

It was so close I dont think either team really deserves it, I just wish we had played like that in the first game.

Ah well, we'd only get thrashed in the Premiership anyway.

howard webb what a tosser worst ref ever . we had a very good season just hope BLACKPOOL WIN BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE SEEM TO FORGET THAT CARDIFF HAVE STILL GOT THAT TAX BILL TO PAY TWICE ITS BEEN MOVED BACK FOOKING TAX MAN CARDICK COULD HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS SO COME ON BLACKPOOL

Surely the end of Kermo's Leicester career now, nobody went to console him. Always backed him but how can you come back from that when the fans were getting on your back a bit anyway.

Absolutely gutted for the players, Wellens, Howard, Hobbs, Bruno were all immense tonight so proud of them. Gutted for Waggy, looked absolutely inconsolable at the end.

For a net spending of -500K to do what we have done is absolutely phenomenal, once Nige signs a new contract we'll keep moving forward for sure.

Howard spraying out headers to Vaughn and Waghorn would have fooked them up. Bringing on two target men? What were you thinking. Dive and offside for the pen, free kick in first leg way off where it should have been taken from. When you think about it in a really harsh way, Kermo coming on as a sub in both legs kind of sounded the death knell...

It'll be tougher next season.

A dive, are people serious?????

I am sorry but you can't do that in a penalty shoot out. Kermorgant needs to take a long look at what he did to Waghorn. Proud of the team proud of the season however earlier on in another thread. I said that people rate Kermogant on this forum and I can't see it. Well I still can't see it.

Goodnight

I feel for Waghorn, that was a decent penalty, great save. He looked distraught.

That's what you want from a loan player. I so hope he's back here next season.

A missed opportunity or a blessing in disguise - who knows what the future holds?

We almost secured what would have been a bit of a smash and grab, how we managed to get into a 3-1 lead after the start Cardiff had I really do not know. The game has just exhausted me. Yann's a silly boy, I feel for young Waggers but hopefully we'll be back to exercise our demons next year.

He was offside, and then stuck his leg out for the trip. I realise my judgement may be a little clouded by anger, but I can't help feeling we were robbed.

Either way, great effort tonight.
