Tom_LCFC_1990 Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 I was looking on the Sky Sports website and came across an article where Warnock says he wont sell Buszaky and Ephraim but then said QPR are 'bigger' than City these days. i really dont like that big mouthed Yorkshire Tw..! andy_croydz Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 Warnock has never liked us has he? He has never been able to let go of when we got out of administration without getting points deducted. The man just can't let it go.
Asha Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 What is he supposed to say? "Leicester will piss all over us home and away this season"? I personally love Warnock and his banter. Some people really need to take it less seriously.
The Doctor Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 What is he supposed to say? "Leicester will piss all over us home and away this season"? I personally love Warnock and his banter. Some people really need to take it less seriously. true. His bashing of refs followed by "i'm a qualified ref so i know what i'm talking about" does get boring but he's quite an entertaining character.
leicesterseddon Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 Do you really think that he thinks that? No, of course he doesn't. This is the close season, even Northampton Town are a 'huge club with a great supporter base, stadium and ambition' when looking to sign players. Doesn't matter anyway because they're going to finish mid-table again
Asha Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 It will be a real shame when characters like Warnock leave the game. If every manager kept himself to himself, gave brief answers in interviews and tried hard to avoid controversy this game wouldn't be the same.
FoxyPV Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 Everyone gives off about players and managers being media drones yet as NSLL when a manager like Warnock or Holloway speak their mind everyone gives off. Make your mind up!
Fosse Boy Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 It will be a real shame when characters like Warnock leave the game. If every manager kept himself to himself, gave brief answers in interviews and tried hard to avoid controversy this game wouldn't be the same. Agree with that. But people are still allowed to think he's a cunt.
Narborough_fox Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 Much rather have a league full of Maradonna's and warnock than a league full of Boring Ol' farts.
Corky Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 At the end of the day if he was manager of us and QPR wanted Fryatt and Hobbs he'd say similar things- "we're a bigger club who did much better than them last season". Best thing to do is finish above his lot this season.
Salieri Posted 16 July 2010 Posted 16 July 2010 Football needs more characters like Warnock, he's always good value and says things to get a reaction, which invariably he does.
Jordan Posted 17 July 2010 Posted 17 July 2010 I don't buy in to the administration/bitterness stuff. If Warnock ever takes the City job, you can be sure he'd talk as much shit about the other clubs in the league as he does about ours.
lavrentis Posted 17 July 2010 Posted 17 July 2010 He always loves a pop at us does Warnock But I still love him, great manager.
poopbutt Posted 17 July 2010 Posted 17 July 2010 and i think he's a cvnt. so were equal. he did make me laugh when he showed his backside to L1 last season though.
Walshy5 Posted 17 July 2010 Posted 17 July 2010 Neil Warnock is a willy puller of the highest order. Has anyone noticed that we never lose to his sides?
samjohnson Posted 17 July 2010 Posted 17 July 2010 He's a **** and I will never forgive him for his comments in 2002 about us and the looming administration... Still think he is a big headed **** who loves himself
bluebeau Posted 17 July 2010 Posted 17 July 2010 If Milan Mandarik had appointed Warnock as Citys new manager, there would have been no complaints from me. Don't misunderstand me, I'm delighted that we have Sousa in charge & I've got high hopes for the new season. However, I like Warnock, as he is a character & he calls a spade a spade, no beating about the bush with him, even when he knows he may land himself in trouble with the F.A. These latest comments are what I would expect from him if he was our manager, so take them with a pinch of salt. We will have the last laugh, 'cos my money says we will piss QPR & finish well above them come May 2011.
