FoxesFan123 Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 There is an FM where this guy used to be one of the best players in the game. Must be a good sign....right?
Stevosevic Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 A few stats... http://www.fussballdaten.de/spieler/lameymichael/
GLC Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 the two teams played in a pre-season friendly and Lamey scored an own goal in favour of his previous team.

lcfcbradyboy Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 Had a great game today hope we sign him just what we need
Unabomber Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 Had no idea he was 30, he had plenty of pace and energy. It would be a pretty solid signing going on todays showing.
orangecity23 Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 I was very impressed with Lamey today, looked pacy and strong, and he was always looking to bomb on forward at every opportunity. Didn't look out of place as part of the back 4, looked comfortable on the ball too. I would be very happy if we snapped him up.
Cropwellfox Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 He has been a regular starter in the Bundesliga in two out of the last three seasons, albeit for teams who ended up relegated. Contract seems to have run out at Bielefeld, who are a bit of a yo-yo club between the top 2 divisions in Germany. Bielefeld have had huge financial problems, and were close to being declared bankrupt a couple of months ago, so could have been that they weren't able to offer him a new contract.
ousefox Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 Glad he impressed. Our RB position, in my opinion, was the one which needed strengthening the most after Morrison has been pushed into the centre. As long as Neilson isn't playing i'm happy.
lcfcbradyboy Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 tbf when nielson came on he wernt wacking the ball up the pitch he was passing and running (for once)
Liamlcfc1 Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 He played well today had more pace then Neilson and could get back too.
Milky Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 Looked a technically sound player. Controlled the ball and passed it well. On the subject of fullbacks, I saw Liam Rosenior at the game today so who knows on that one.
Fox You Forest Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 Impressed me, as someone mentioned above he looks so comfortable on the ball, be a good signing on a free.
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 Looked a technically sound player. Controlled the ball and passed it well. On the subject of fullbacks, I saw Liam Rosenior at the game today so who knows on that one. i saw liam rosenior aswell today ! wearing a grey all saints hoody, he asked a steward were to go and he took him to the media lounge thing so maybe we could be looking at him too as i highly doubt he would sign for sunderland
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 was really impressed with Michael Lamey, looked solid, strong, quick, comfortable on the ball so would deffo sign him up ! 100x better than neilson im just suprised he's 30 years old as he looks young and had great fitness levels
OutFoxing-Cov-Since1884 Posted 31 July 2010 Posted 31 July 2010 Well if Rosenoir and Lamey want to both join, fantastic! Means we can get rid of Robbie. Another lad behind me at the match said... "Oh here goes, the right wing looks assured once more. It's...........ROBBIE!"
