The Doctor Posted 26 August 2010 Posted 26 August 2010 The problem as I see it will be that the clubs official statement will not be mentioning singing, but will be spun along the lines of persistent standing blocking a young families view etc. National media who have no interest in our club will find a story sure enough but it may not be the one we are looking for considering this saturday their will be cameras there, the club aren't going to be stupid enough to claim that when one image from skys footage could so easily prove them to be BS'ing, Would they?

Exactly, and i just cant understand why leicester city football club would not be proud and encouraging of having fans like that...nothing malicious about it in any way. The main aims of the group are to stand and sing for 90 minutes, if you don't agree with this then the group isn't for you. We all know that standing is against the ground regulations, yet supporters up and down the country continue to stand throughout the major leagues in this country, many of them seemingly unchallenged. The supporters in L1 are left alone to get on with it so why should the Fosse Boys be any different?

Houdini Logic Posted 26 August 2010 Posted 26 August 2010 The club are being clever when trying to contact us by saying everything over the phone as they dont want any of it documented, they have emailed us asking us to phone them etc. You need to play them at their own game - I have this at work with people trying to get me to do things I/they shouldn't, they always ask me over the phone. I soon wised up and now say something like 'yeah I'm in the middle of something - can you email over the details and I'll look at it later'. You have the perfect excuse with the FB - say 'yeah I'm happy to go through this (whatever he's saying) with the boys, can you stick it in an email so I don't forget/misinterpret it'
