Because he had the players to do it. Has he here? No. He should have realised that, and slowly introduced parts of his game when results are going ok, not bring it all in at once.

Crying like babies at 8 years old? It's bang out of order. I only cried twice when I was 8. Once when I snapped me hamstring in the 100m final (yeah I was being a bit of a bitch that time) and once when my babysitters were glue-sniffing, did a ouijaboard in front of me and then set me hair on fire with a coalbrush that they had alighted on the coal fire (totally justified cry that was).
