He never seems to have his head in the clouds when it comes to football so i scanned a couple of Leeds forums and sure enough they all think they will tonk us 3 or 4 nil. For that reason alone 1-3 City. Couldn't give a fook who scores. COME ON CITY!!!

StanSP Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 I know a couple of Leeds fan who say that their defence is weak against the bigger forwards; they struggled a lot against Jon Parkin when Preston visited. If this is the case, Howard has to play and terrorise them. However their attack is what I fear most. Somma is a good player and talented for this league, and Becchio scored a cracker at the weekend so he'll be high on confidence. Hoping that Davies has a good game or even better than Saturday. Is Fryatt back?

I'm quite worried about Lloyd Sam/Sanchez Watt playing a blinder today and whichever one plays on their right will be faster than Berner. I'm not too worried about our right side now that Naughton is here. I'm not saying Berner's gonna have a poor game - maybe if he puts a few tough tackles and rough the winger up it might have a positive effect. I think we might nick it like we did in the cup.

Yeah Leeds are probably most dangerous up front and on the wings. They have oodles of attacking players. Their major weakness is the central midfield and defence. Seems they haven't got a real holding midfielder bar Faye (who I don't think is a regular starter) and they leak goals for the fun of it. Shame we haven't got a striker with real pace in our team tonight. Naylor and Collins are like two articulated lorries.

Leeds 2 City 0 Beers at the ready - I have a feeling I'm going to need them. I hope I'm proved wrong. C'mon City!!! I'd love it if we won from a last minute goal by Howard from a corner!
