bettso Posted 25 November 2010 Author Posted 25 November 2010 apart from the Thais havent put their money where their mouths are yet, only got loans remember Bit difficult to spend the cash when you can only loan. January the money is gonna be spent. You know it, I know it and every single synic that supports Leicester knows it but just finds it hard to accept. Come January nobody will have a choice but to accept it and start preparing for the Premiership. It's going to happen.
Dames Posted 25 November 2010 Posted 25 November 2010 I have a feeling that if the new Premier League rules hadn't of came in we wouldn't have got half the players we've got now even with Sven in charge.
fox123 Posted 25 November 2010 Posted 25 November 2010 apart from the Thais havent put their money where their mouths are yet, only got loans remember So they didn't tickle their pockets with the money stumped up for Waghorn?
Philbert Fox Posted 26 November 2010 Posted 26 November 2010 Sven as manager, money to spend, quality signings, cheap ticket deals Are we dreaming? Why do people think we hit the jackpot with this Swedish dinosaur? I mean I could understand if we got him after O'Neill left in the summer of 2000, when he'd just won the Serie A with Lazio, but when we got him he'd failed in his last two jobs. To say we'd be dreaming if we had Mourinho, Guardiola, Wenger or Ferguson in charge is understandable but Sven Goran Eriksson?? ah well each to their own

Wymsey Posted 26 November 2010 Posted 26 November 2010 Is this Philbert Fox person a sensible Leicester fan or just the nutter for the day?

Sod these managers who've actually won big trophies in their careers.
Guest Bilo Posted 26 November 2010 Posted 26 November 2010 It's all about the Swedish Messi that Burnley have signed on loan. I'm sorry to say this but anyone who doesn't realise how lucky we are to have a manager of Sven's calibre should probably give up on football and spend their Saturdays shopping with the missus.
Philbert Fox Posted 26 November 2010 Posted 26 November 2010 Before coming to us, he couldn't get the best ever Ivory Coast side into the last 16 of the world cup in their home continent, his job before that, the Mexican FA sacked him because they were looking as if they wern't going to qualify for the World Cup for the first time ever, so how people can say he's a dream appointment I don't know.

You need to do a bit more research. The Ivory Coast praised him for getting them playing football again and uniting the squad as they were previously under extreme disharmony under the previous regime and before Mexico even kicked a ball under his tenure, the players had decided not to play for him as they all believed that if the manager was not Mexican then they did not want to play for him. Many of the fans felt the same way and that is why he eventually left the job. DAMN IT!! I cant believe i've fallen for this wind up merchant. Never mind. Keep it up Philbert!!
