FuriousFox46 Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Man City had to bring reference to some stupid run-in with Chelsea 30 years ago that all teams seem to care about except us? Is it me or were Man City just as bad in the stands as on the pitch?
Webbo Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 No, I'm sorry. I haven't got a clue what you're going on about.
Bugg Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 I thought they were singing 'united ran away' not chelsea if thats the song youre on about
FuriousFox46 Posted 10 January 2011 Author Posted 10 January 2011 No, I'm sorry. I haven't got a clue what you're going on about. Hark Now hear the Chelsea (they sung City) Sing, Leicester ran away, and they will fight forever more, because of Boxing Day.
Kitchandro Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Me neither. Thought the Man City fans were great but went quiet for long periods after we scored.
Webbo Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Hark Now hear the Chelsea (they sung City) Sing, Leicester ran away, and they will fight forever more, because of Boxing Day. I've heard Leicester sing that about Chelsea, I've never heard anyone else singing it.
FuriousFox46 Posted 10 January 2011 Author Posted 10 January 2011 I thought they were singing 'united ran away' not chelsea if thats the song youre on about Maybe, I was fairly sure it wasn't United because we swapped Leicester for Chelsea to sing back straight after.
CheshireFox Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 they sing 'United ran away, and we will fight forever more because of Derby Day'.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 They did that stupid Poznan thing which we all want to copy. Let's copy that as well.
Ashley Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Hark Now hear the Chelsea (they sung City) Sing, Leicester ran away, and they will fight forever more, because of Boxing Day. Chelsea sing. We all follow the chelsea over land and sea and Leicester! We all follow the chelsea on to victory alltogether now.....
Houdini Logic Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Chelsea still sing about Leicester in one of their songs. Chelsea fans are so crap, when was the last time they even won anything?!
Guest Mee-9 Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 We were singing it yesterday. 'Chelsea ran away'
FuriousFox46 Posted 10 January 2011 Author Posted 10 January 2011 I don't get Chelsea's problem with us?
purpleronnie Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 I don't get Chelsea's problem with us? they don't, its a song, why do people actually take this stuff seriously? Odd.
FuriousFox46 Posted 10 January 2011 Author Posted 10 January 2011 they don't, its a song, why do people actually take this stuff seriously? Odd. I meant it seems a bit strange to include us in a chant when we have very little to do with them.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 I don't get Chelsea's problem with us? All stems from the baby squad mate. The Baby Squad's biggest rivals were the Chelsea firm, The Chelsea Headhunters. Also, In 1989, same day as the Hillsborough Disaster, coincidentally, There were big fights round Filbert Street with The Baby Squad and The Chelsea Headhunters. Thats where it comes from mate.
Bettsj2 Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 I don't get Chelsea's problem with us? Stems from our fans changing their Blue is the colour chant to: - Blue is the colour Football is the game Poor old Matthew Harding Should have took the train

1964FOX Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Who are those lads up in the corner of the kop with the big blue banner that jump up and down and sing? That looks like fun. There called the Festive Boys, they sing about Boxing Day in one of their songs but I haven't got a clue where that comes from.
