Kitchandro Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 The Waggy of last season definitely. The Waggy of this season: - NO fooking WAY He came on and scored against Doncaster, Dyer has played more but hasn't scored since October. With a bit more game time and a bit of confidence I'm convinced we will see the old Waggy
StarFox Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 I like big steve. The kind of player you bring on when Leicester is not playing that well. He shakes things up. I don't think he was needed this afternoon. Also, does anybody think it's a little odd that in an interview the other day the 'Yak' said he was was very fit. However in a post match interview today, he said he needed to get some of his fitness back. hmmmmmmm

Salieri Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 It was an away point, could be worse, let's not get all suicidal about it. Still believe we'll make the Play Offs. :sge:
Rocky Dennis Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 Very hard to seriously beleive we can mount a play off push, we give teams (even poor ones like Peston) far too many chances to score against us, I think we are improving but it will all be too late for this season. Can ayone really see us winning 4 or 5 games on the bounce? Top 6 to end season in no particular order: QPR Cardiff Watford Forest Leeds Swansea
CKB Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 Man you wouldn't have liked to have been in my flat when Preston equalized, thank god the missus was out! I had literally just came in from a nightmare day, turned SSN on and it more or less straight went to the Hume goal, i turned Sky off proceeded to throw the Sky remote into the kitchen area and it somehow ended up in the washing basket and i then stormed off back out How did we play? what are these crazy subs everyone is going on about?? if anyone tells me we dominated i may have a part 2 with that Sky remote!

I fear for the sky remote...
Asha Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 Hume is a twat I love this. All he's done is a score an important goal for his team and he gets absolutely slated Completely Leicester's fault for not closing it out, can't blame a striker for doing his job!

I suggest you dont read any thread regarding Preston, Lloyd Dyer, Waghorn, Bernard Parker or who to blame...
Fosse Boy Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 Sickener. Can't win 'em all though. Really gutted not to have stuck four or five past 'em but the woodwork hated us today. . Walshy in the concourse at half-time was brilliant, as were the goal celebrations. Me and Lloyd on the FLS tonight. Oh, and as for the Leicester Yoof who decided to attack a bunch of 12/13 year old kids in Preston replicas in McDonalds after the game - maybe pick on someone a bit more like-minded next time, yeah?
CKB Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 I fear for the sky remote... I have decided to keep calm, face up to my issues and apologise to the Sky remote I suggest you dont read any thread regarding Preston, Lloyd Dyer, Waghorn, Bernard Parker or who to blame... I'm blaming Fryatt then!

Did you do that looking like your avatar? That'd be a good sequel, Freddy vs the Sky remote
CKB Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 Did you do that looking like your avatar? That'd be a good sequel, Freddy vs the Sky remote The rage i felt even Freddy would have been scared! I think in the end it wouldn't have been Freddy vs the Sky Remote it would have been Freddy & the Sky remote vs me

Jakemoore Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 Not clinical enough, Dyer couldn't score in a brothel too Not clinical enough, Dyer couldn't score in a brothel too
Haydos Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 Haha, was just searching around to see if you'd posted this Thanks a lot mate!
Bettsj2 Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 So we wait until the 2011/12 season before he pulls on the jersey again? Get rid
Bettsj2 Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 And Steve Howard is any better? Nope. Also crap. Despite what Alan Young says.
Bettsj2 Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 He came on and scored against Doncaster, Dyer has played more but hasn't scored since October. With a bit more game time and a bit of confidence I'm convinced we will see the old Waggy Scuffed open goal from 12 yards. Brilliant. I agree about Dyer. Missing one on ones every game. King has missed 3 now too. Proving costly.
LCFClukeLCFC Posted 15 January 2011 Posted 15 January 2011 didnt get those 3 subs probably 3 of our worst players but a point is a point pissed that it was hume aswell

Rather him scuff it in than Dyer scuff it wide. Yeh he's been pretty shit so far this season but we all saw what he can do last season, and as a young lad he will only get better. Saying 'get rid' is just rash considering we've paid £2 million and he's only been back a few months, and hasn't played all that much, certainly not often in his best position.

A loan would do him good at the minute though.
Fosse Boy Posted 16 January 2011 Posted 16 January 2011 How'd I miss out mentioning Walshy in the concourse at half-time? Ledge!
lcfcadam Posted 16 January 2011 Posted 16 January 2011 Stairway in the block closest to the home fans was rather amusing, about 100 of us just standing on it quite happily for about half an hour before the stewards felt inclined to intervene and moved us into overcrowded rows of seats, felt like what the good old days might've been a bit like... As for the match; quite frankly we were excellent for 95% of it, up until the point of actually putting it in the net. And then one fooking outrageous defensive lapse throws away 2 points. No point getting angry, because how often have I heard that before?!
