Trickyfox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Saw Stuart Pearce down the city on Saturday any ideas why he would be there. Maybe first team coach.
dave_the_fox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Maybe looking at all the England u21 starlets on show?
Isopen Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 new left back Could be Mee & Hobbs - note sure about Millwall candidates
kimmy619 Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I saw him there too. When we got home, we watched the Villa game and he was watching that as well!! He must have left the City match early although he was definitely there at the start of the second half.
Joe. Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 He's watched Hobbs a couple of times before, probably keeping an eye on Mee too.
Guest Bilo Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Chrissy P's replacement? Would expect him to have been looking at Hobbs myself, must have been gutted when the lad didn't play.
Captain... Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 He was there to watch Waghorn and Hobbs He may have been there to watch Naughton I believe despite being 22 he still qualifies as he was 20 at the start of the qualifying campaign. As for Millwall players, no idea. Despite him being a Tree I do like and respect Pearce and if he was to replace Chrissy P I think it would be fantastic, unlikely but fantastic.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 hope its hobbs. me and two mates have had bets totalling £1100 worth that hobbs will be capped by the international side before he's 30!
Jakemoore Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I was lucky enough to sit in the VIP section for the home game against QPR and he was there then. I think he's just scouting for England.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 He wanted to watch a decent team - simples
leicesterisme Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Was he watching Millwall's Morrison up front? He's Welsh
Fox You Forest Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 He's Welsh England play Wales in the next qualifier, I'd be amazed if Capello deemed them to be of sufficient quality to warrant a scouting mission though. Wales is just one of them where you turn up win and go home.

King- if he plays will still get a massive cheer fro me when the teams are read out!

iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Ill make a pointless comment.. I walked into him not looking where i was going at Newcastle home game last season. Turned to my mate shouted theres Stuart Pearce, he didn't look amused and quickly walked off with his head down.
