Kitchandro Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 Theyve looked at our website and seen that its says we've got 2100 tickets avaliable. What they don't know is that we've sold these and are well into the next 1000 tickets! This coming from a team that took 500 to Cov on a saturday!
phillthefox Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 3-0 city yak, dyer, gally derby fans are all numptys, and will soon head for exits when we 3-0 up at half time bye bye clough
yorkie1999 Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 I've just had a new nokia on pay as you go, opened the box and blow me the was a derby season ticket in there
broughtonblue Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 I heard we had sold it out the other day? Just been in ticket office, still tickets available
ealingfox Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 I'm unhappy with the way it seems to be a different back four every game, which is probably a significant part of the poor away form. I wish i could confidently say we will beat them, as we should, but i can't. Not at all convinced by Mee or Van Aanholt. Although I must say I think the poor performance at Sheff Utd was largely down to their crap pitch, there also wasn't enough movement and they weren't helping each other out with passing in the middle. I'll say 2-2.

1991FOX Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 2-1 win leicester. Still think were vulnerable at the back away from home, wanted to say 2-0 but as a betting man i'd go for 2-1 The Yak and King to score
lestajigs Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 well theyll get a fookin shock on saturday then! Still crap support, for a local derby and it being a Saturday!! Sky or no sky!!!
Guest ttfn Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 We'll lose 2-0. Our record this season a) on Sky and b) against teams on a poor run of form is atrocious. Portsmouth and Ipswich? You can throw Reading in to that too.
samlcfc Posted 11 February 2011 Posted 11 February 2011 Think well win this one, maybe by a couple of goals. Team must be pretty high on confidence and theirs must be lower than low. Sometimes makes me nervous of a bad result but feeling a win. Gonna go for a 2-1 maybe 3-1 win
The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 February 2011 Posted 11 February 2011 Still crap support, for a local derby and it being a Saturday!! Sky or no sky!!! what number of fans you reffering to? Yes we should sell out. I know it all depends where you live, regardless of that Derby away is a big game- Like this time last season every game is a cup final til May. Don't see how it being on Sky has put people off forking out £31 for a ticket. You easily spend £31 in the pub watching a game.
Simmo86 Posted 11 February 2011 Posted 11 February 2011 Still crap support, for a local derby and it being a Saturday!! Sky or no sky!!! Not really, 3k when when its on tele and £31 is not to shabby at all, moneys tight for alot of people at the mo. Putting £31 quid in the sheeps pocket when it can be watched on the tele isn't a priority for everyone. Forest only brought 2600 here for a Sky game all be it on a monday night, clubs have got to learn to tailor there prices for tv games and that includes us.

Yea forest brought 2600 here and we were all calling that shite support, and that was on a Monday night, ours is on a Saturday!!! Just wish we could off at least sold the 3100!! I'll be there anyway!!

lestajigs Posted 11 February 2011 Posted 11 February 2011 I tell a lie, we have sold 2600, there's no tickets on the gate tomorrow, tickets will be available till midday tomorrow from our ticket office!!
The Padster Posted 11 February 2011 Posted 11 February 2011 Don't see how it being on Sky has put people off forking out £31 for a ticket. You easily spend £31 in the pub watching a game. But then you have to add travel costs, food, beer on to that and it quickly becomes more than £50, probably bordering £60 odd. I'm going Walkabout to watch it and can guarantee even if I go out on the town afterwards I will spend £50 tops, and for this I can watch leicester have a beer & burger, a lot more beer & a night on the town with me mates. It's not that I can't be arsed to spend money to see Leicester away or even at home, but with the little money I have I need to make sure I'm getting enough out of it.
Rich Fox Posted 11 February 2011 Posted 11 February 2011 I tell a lie, we have sold 2600, there's no tickets on the gate tomorrow, tickets will be available till midday tomorrow from our ticket office!! Whats the problem dont see that is bad support when we will probably sell some more tomorrow, better that the 500 or so Derby took to Coventry?
stix Posted 12 February 2011 Posted 12 February 2011 Big big game for us tomorrow. Two tough away games after this one. Cant see anything other than an away win though. We are a much better side than Derby at the minute, no matter which way you look at it. I dont see why there would be any "local derby" nerves in our starting eleven. Its full of quality hungry youth that should have no fear. Im going for a 3-1 win for the blues, king to bag again with the yak and maybe a PVA thunderbolt from a deadball. Come on city!!!
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 12 February 2011 Posted 12 February 2011 Whats the problem dont see that is bad support when we will probably sell some more tomorrow, better that the 500 or so Derby took to Coventry? Yep totally agree buddy, its good steady support in my eyes. We have great away fans and alot of clubs envy our travelling support

I won't knock anyone for not going to a game, we all do what we want and when. Personally speaking, we've got a great deal on a minibus taxi from Coalville to Derby, return just £90- thats for a 12 seater so travel costs aren't really much for us this time. Don't you find that the pubs are generally full of nobs who want leicester to lose though, as they 'support' 'Man U'??
lestajigs Posted 12 February 2011 Posted 12 February 2011 Whats the problem dont see that is bad support when we will probably sell some more tomorrow, better that the 500 or so Derby took to Coventry? Don't really care about how many derby have took cov, just thought we would off sold out for this as we have FANSTASTIC away support!!!
Daveaway Posted 12 February 2011 Posted 12 February 2011 must win game with the next two away being tough. Also need to beat Bristol City. 1 nil to the foxes, the Yak scoring!!
