Ozwin Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 How is it a fire hazard when you can't ****ing smoke in the seats?
anotherharboroughfox Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 How is it a fire hazard when you can't ****ing smoke in the seats? flags have been known to spontaneously combust every know and then...
STEVIE B Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 - why did you take anti-perspirant to a football match? I'm guessing 'Little FOXY Lainey' is a lady, and didn't want to smell like a tramp on her day out !!!!
Little Foxy Lainey Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 I'm guessing 'Little FOXY Lainey' is a lady, and didn't want to smell like a tramp on her day out !!!! Stevie B you got it - and think some of the boys should do too cos some of you need it!!!!
AoWW Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 I'm still stunned that someone would take anti-perspirant to a football match.
m00nie Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 I'm still stunned that someone would take anti-perspirant to a football match. nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to you ladies and your bag contents....
Ashley Posted 19 March 2011 Author Posted 19 March 2011 You weren't the cheeky fecker diving under the barrier to go around the seats to go down and come back up with a pie or somesuch were you? Yes, that was me
Little Foxy Lainey Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 I'm still stunned that someone would take anti-perspirant to a football match. why are you so surprised?
Bugg Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 why are you so surprised? You could have at least take a roll-on bottle with you. I thought it would be pretty obvious why they wouldn't let you take an aerosol can into the stadium.
anotherharboroughfox Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 Print this off and take it with you. might get that printed on a shirt

I thought it would be pretty obvious why they wouldn't let you take an aerosol can into the stadium. I am a mother with 2 children who i take to the game, i am hardly going to use it as a weapon. I didnt see the drunk/drugged up idiot in front of me get searched -he could have had anything (and prob did) in his pockets or down his socks ............ !
broughtonblue Posted 20 March 2011 Posted 20 March 2011 I'm still stunned that someone would take anti-perspirant to a football match. Half of our team wouldn't need to take some, bearing in mind the effort they put in!
EnglishOxide Posted 20 March 2011 Posted 20 March 2011 Yes, that was me And you thought nobody was watching To be honest, if i was asked to get someone to take that flag/banner down i would tell whoever it was who did the asking to **** off. It's ridiculous.

Asha Posted 20 March 2011 Posted 20 March 2011 The guy who puts the 'LE4 flag' up at the bottom of L1 is a friend of mine, and as far as I know he's never had a problem. But then I know he's quite matey with the stewards, so maybe that helps.
EnglishOxide Posted 20 March 2011 Posted 20 March 2011 , it was easy that way instead of asking everyone to stand up. I take it you sit in N Block? Nope

broughtonblue Posted 20 March 2011 Posted 20 March 2011 I have been taking my England flag to Leicester games for the past four or five games and not once have I been told to take it down! The England flag even went to Scunthorpe last week and I wasn't even told to take it down. The flag is always at the back of N Block on the plastic hooks, now today I got told to take it down 18 minutes into the game. Why wait until 18 minutes in to ask me to take it down? I wasn't allowed my flag up because today because it hasn't got a fire certificate(why wait until today to ask me if it has?) Has the Fosse Boys one got one?(not causing trouble) has the LE4 one got one at the bottom of L Block? Have people in the ground got fire certificates for their clothes? IF it did have a fire certificate then what? Our club is a joke. Just been lying on my bed and saw a label sticking out from my pillow. It reads 'this product Is made from fire resistant material to BS1234 etc' Might be worth a look round your house, bedding, settee etc for a suitable one you could cut off and sow onto the back of your flag in a corner.

Thanks for that mate.
Crampy10 Posted 23 March 2011 Posted 23 March 2011 I started a thread about this a few weeks ago as i tried to take my flag to sheff u away but was told the same, its a complete joke. I paid £200 for it from barmy army flags and i have to return it to them and pay £25 to get issued with one which I havent done as yet. If anyone can find one on the web I would be much appreciated? Also I am going to england wales on sat and it has just been confirmed that you need a safety certificate for that game which is going to piss alot of people off. My flag is on my picture here, I may wrap one of the stewards and set him alight and see what they do then.....
lcfc"weasel" Posted 23 March 2011 Posted 23 March 2011 Fvcking joke this, we don't have a fire certificate for our huge flag and no steward has blinked and eyelid about that since we started bringing it too games, keep bringing it mate whether you manage to get a certificate or not, don't let the cvnts win. We'll have ours back next game as long as someone doesn't forget to bring it. EnglishOxide, I'm beginning to worry whether your lack of understanding football fans is because you are so high up at Leicester you are so fortunate to spend a lot of time with Kevin Barclay(his lack of sense must rub off) or because you steward the family stand and don't know how to deal with anything other than people looking for there seats and rarely interact with supporters with real issues.
