Reasons to be cheerful

It's gutting to lose to our local rivals in such a manner, and twice as gutting that one of the division's most arrogant and deluded fanbases are rejoicing at our expense tonight, but there are some reasons to be cheerful. I'm not buggering off till we as a forum has collated at least 50 for next season. I'll set the ball rolling with 10.

1 - King, Gallagher and Wellens have signed new contracts.

2 - The Thais are prepared to spend money to get us in the Premiership.

3 - Sven will get a pre-season to sort his team out in his way.

4 - We get to clear out some dead wood.

5- Match tickets will remain affordable.

6 - Epic away days. Possibility of Barnsley, Blackpool, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol City, Doncaster, Palace, Derby and Forest next season. Give me that over £40 for Bolton away any day.

7 - No gloryhunting supporters demanding Sven's sacking after a 2-0 away defeat to Manchester United.

8 - More 3pm kick-offs on a Saturday.

9 - Likely promotion battle leading to less doom mongers on here.

10 - Forest won't go up either.

12. Abeit not mathematically impossible, the season is all but over! (No if we win we'll be within 2 point of the playoffs only to fuck it up the next game anymore!) If you think otherwise and think we will make it, you're deluded, feel free to quote if we make it, i'm sure you won't be quoting me though.

Couldn't agree with this more. Especially 7. Affordable, quality away days are the things I look forward to. After going to the so called 'big clubs' then he novelty will have worn off, and I would rather beat Barnsley 3-0 (example), than lose 5-0 to man utd. You would get the one away dayers going to jizz over Rooney.

20. We will actually win games.

Not so much for next season, but we have a three game opportunity to give some kidda's a chance in the first team, try a few things out and get some confidence back before pre-season.

23. It'll be much more enjoyable when we go up next year without switching managers through the season, selling some of our best players and doing it without a massive number of loanees, Keep The Faith.

11. We get proper badge, player faces and kits on Football Manager 2012. :D

THIS.

I like your thinking, this actually brightened my day, thank you.

25. Despite the fact that this league is already bad enough at this, fans will still be treated more like human beings rather than criminals than if we were to go up.

Oh go on then, I'll give you an 11th. :D

26 - With QPR in the Premiership and the teams coming down not renowned for spending, we will be THE money side in the division enabling us to make some cracking signings.
