fleckneymike Posted 11 July 2011 Posted 11 July 2011 Can we infer that Moreno, N'Guessan, Kennedy and Neilson are off seeing as they haven't been taken on tour?

You shouldn't do, pretty sure it's the Football League who don't allow match commentaries to be broadcast. And as it's a friendly, the football league aren't involved, so you should be fine to listen via the internet/digital etc.
smooch Posted 12 July 2011 Posted 12 July 2011 http://www.hotfreelivestream.net/2011/07/sirius-ik-fk-vs-leicester-city-live.html could work, im pretty sure they will have coverage in thailand...

Larry_LCFC Posted 12 July 2011 Posted 12 July 2011 "Sven previews Tuesday night's Sirius game in Uppsala, which WILL be covered with live commentary on Foxes Player"
MikeyT Posted 12 July 2011 Posted 12 July 2011 IanStringerBBC Ian Stringer Amazingly it's come together. There WILL be full comm of #lcfc 1st game of pre-season. 104.9fm + www.lcfc.com
MikeyT Posted 13 July 2011 Posted 13 July 2011 Not technically anything to do with the football side of things but found this amusing. ha Pelts_86 Lee Peltier Wow in a cab with @dannzy1 the cab driver meter is charging us the equivalent to 10 p a second its on 25 pound already we been init 5 mins
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 13 July 2011 Posted 13 July 2011 RCD Mallorca drew 0-0 with Hammarby. Assuming that after all the farcical planning this is still a tournament based around goals scored... that means we're top with Sirius second.
MC Prussian Posted 13 July 2011 Posted 13 July 2011 The whole planning can only be felt in one way so far - the ticket prices are farcical. 200 Swedish Krona for a game (approx £20) - and that for friendlies! Even the Swedish fans me, bocadillo and Blue Maniac (off TB) were talking to were complaining about it. But saw eight of our players at the match today - Wellens, Mills, Peltier, Danns, St. Ledger, Nugent, Gallagher and Konchesky.
FoxyPV Posted 13 July 2011 Posted 13 July 2011 Worth a new caption competition, methinks. Andy: He doesn't know I'm wearing his ma's bra.
MC Prussian Posted 18 July 2011 Posted 18 July 2011 I'll try to upload a couple of my LCFC Sweden Tour pictures from the last seven days on Wednesday, once I'm back home.
MC Prussian Posted 22 July 2011 Posted 22 July 2011 My two cents on the whole Sweden tour (with the exception of the Sirius game in Uppsala, which I missed): The farcical organization has been discussed before. Not at one point did I feel that the fans in general, no matter where they came from, were important to the organizers. The Sportbusiness people were absent/avoiding contact, came up with odd explanations, promises were not held, tickets were a bit of a rip-off (Swedish fans concurred). There were no programmes, the Coaching Symposium cancelled without prior notice. The public training session on Friday was also moved at short notice - I was lucky I checked the SFT website again that morning. The term "poor" only scratches the surface. However, the LCFC coaching staff, Sven, Derek Fazackerley, the players and Andrew Neville have been very kind to all fans. Posed for pictures, shook hands, very open and welcoming. I don't particularly liked the way the LCFC press officer's lackey talked to me on one particular (and the only) occasion - they have a tone to them that I don't like, but maybe it was just their nerves/the anticipation. My verdict on Stringer is still out - I think he's a nice bloke, but he does come across as a bit snotty at times. You can say what you want about Natalie Jackson, but she's a really nice person and I wonder how she hasn't been brainwashed by the whole media business/circus yet. Meeting FT celebrity Alexikokops, his two mates and bocadillo, Nottingham Fox and Blue Maniac off TB as well as local Swedish Leicester fans (amongst them STHLMfox & his dad) was surely another highlight. The Swedes in general are real nice bunch to talk to, very friendly and helpful and always good for a laugh. And don't get me started on the Swedish ladies... Pretty is an understatement.
