cc_star Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 Poor Hoofed it long ball, missed the midfield out for most of the game some very dodgy defending, most notably from Bamba either being out of position or by making bad decision to dribble.... as usual, although he does a lot good too Can;t think of many highlights apart from we seemed very vocal when Mills came on & Kasper was shouting a lot but they are a top side, so it was good, I suppose

Leicfox Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 No flair going forward, and that needs sorting asap with a decent winger. We also need a striker with an eye for goal. Defensively I thought we looked pretty decent and quite solid. Shite game though. but the clean sheet will add some confidence.

Little creativity on show but these matches are all about gelling and we slowly seem to be doing just that. Still unbeaten in pre-season and with all due respect, Coventry aren't Bursaspor. I see little reason to sweat just yet.

Thought dyer looked sharp when he came on, just seems to hesitate on the ball too much. Think we need a striker then we'll be ready to tear the championship up!

Guest MattP Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 Not great not bad, lucky to get a draw really but Bursaspor arent a bad side. Going to miss Naughton big for his attacking as much as anything. Can tell we desperately need a striker. Most people know it but just watching again today realise Waghorn is never going to be playing a side winning promotion. Still think a creative midfielder and a striker is whats needed badly. Possibly another option at centre half as well.
