Besides, there's about two more gameweeks to play for before the transfer window closes, so everyone can still contribute massively and I can't really foresee which players are getting left out starting September. Also, don't forget new (foreign) players being added to the squads in the next two weeks. It's simply one big gamble, no matter how you approach it. Have I already told you about my "Buy cheap, drop underperformers, buy even cheaper" strategy? It's worked most seasons I've implemented the strategy. I have to say that I don't have half a team of transfers, just some players that are on the cusp. Last season I was buggered with injury for nearly 3 weeks and came away with a healthy 1884. Also an entire month with no internet (moved house) and couldn't do it on my phone. So I am hoping to improve on this, this season.

Ah well, today's match should boost my 24points I had previously.
