Phube Posted 7 March 2007 Author Posted 7 March 2007 Oh yeah, one more thing: Ha Ha!! P.s Post 201... and counting!!
Milky Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 you've got a serious problem phube, this hatred isn't healthy.
lookwhaticando Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Those empty seats with 5 mins to go made me all upset!!! lol  And it's all over. Arsenal out of Europe. I reckon it's been on the cards all day. It's amazing how a bunch of kids can give Chelski's first team a run for their money... yet a rather more senior first team struggles at home to Ajax. It's not as if they didn't have the fire-power! Unfortunately I missed the PSV equalizer... I've read that it was a defensive episode of some kind. Anyone care to elaborate? Did someone cock it up big time?

lildave3 Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 C'mon Bayern München C'mon Celtic, extra time. But they are 1-0 down after 3 minutes. <_<
lookwhaticando Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Spot the Brits! * 01 Lehmann * 05 Toure * 19 Silva * 10 Gallas * 22 Clichy (85 Walcott ) * 08 Ljungberg (75 Diaby ) * 04 Fabregas * 15 Denilson * 13 Hleb * 09 Julio Baptista (66 Henry ) * 25 Adebayor I'm proud of the British here. One of them got 18 minutes. Yes... it's almost a cliché now... but how can the British have pride in a British team with almost no British players? It all depends on how you view the clubs, I suppose. One argument is you've British pride because Arsenal - a team in Britain - has attracted some of the finest players to the country. One could also argue that there's no pride to be had because the team is so filled with foreigners it can't be considered British at all. Still... let's not go there... again. <_<
Brainy Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Ok then - I take back what I said about British Pride. English pride - C'mon Milan!! ... 18 mins ^^>?
Milky Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 C'mon Bayern München but they only have one english player, oh no sorry, he's canadian/german
lookwhaticando Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Fight fight fight! Telfer - Jock McManus - Jock O'Dea - Paddy Naylor - English Lennon - Northern Paddy McGeady - Jock (Sub: Miller - Jock) (Sub: Beattie - Jock) That's quite a number of British Isles born players (incl. Ireland) Six in the starting line-up and two subs who have come on the field already. Not bad. We can support Celtic.
MC Prussian Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Bye bye ARSEnal, this season can be written off completely...
Daggers Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Those empty seats Part-time glory-hunting more-money-than-sense nobbers!
lcfc_jme Posted 8 March 2007 Posted 8 March 2007 Arsenal were the better side again tonight. It's just their stubbornness and their urge to score the perfect goal all the time which has proven to be their downfall again. Sometimes it's better to just hit the god damned ball from 20 yards and stand more chance of scoring than trying to pass the ball into the back of the net!

The penny has dropped, ladies and gentlemen! I've said it before, and jme has said it again - their constant attempts to walk the ball into the back of the net is costing them time and time again.

They were frustrating last night, they should of started shooting from distance PSV were so deep. The problem was at the other end though, you can't concead away goals in Europe when you've failed to get one yourself.

I read that the goal was the result of a needless free kick (given away by Hleb)? There's not much you can tell from a statement like that... was the guy running away from goal or something? Either way, it sounds like he had a Josh Low versus Villa moment. Hleb OUT!

Hleb is horendous the last 3 Arse games ive seen i dont remember him making one decent pass oranything of not anyway- hes just gave the ball away every time hes had it. Im amazed Wenger hasnt dropped him yet cos he has been terrible in the Carling Cup aswel he was awful
lildave3 Posted 8 March 2007 Posted 8 March 2007 Just goes from bad to worse for Arsenal...and i'm loving it Henry injured (again)
Zingari Posted 8 March 2007 Posted 8 March 2007 HA-HA-HA; imagine being beaten by PSV ; a team made up of bus drivers
lookwhaticando Posted 9 March 2007 Posted 9 March 2007 lol Yet more bad news for Arsenal. A good 14 days it's been for the Anti-Arsenal crowd. Adebayor - who didn't punch Lampard but refused to leave the pitch anyway, has been FINED and banned for an ADDITIONAL GAME. Brilliant.
