LordFox Posted 17 September 2011 Posted 17 September 2011 For me it would be: Kasper Peltier - Mills - Tunchev - Konchesky Johnson Danns - Fernandes King Nugent - Beckford
bald reynard Posted 17 September 2011 Posted 17 September 2011 Schmeichel Peltier - Bamba - St Ledger - Konchesky Wellens - Fernandes - King - Dyer Nugent - Beckford

Guest NGoloMode Posted 17 September 2011 Posted 17 September 2011 Some of these formations are hilarious.
Raw Dykes Posted 18 September 2011 Posted 18 September 2011 with danns and fernandes dropping back / wingbacks WTF!? That midfield is mental. Everyone but King is out of position. You want Fernandes and Danns to play as wing-backs!? Why? Gallagher and King in the middle could rival Williams and Hughes as our most lightweight midfield ever. That midfield could be relied on to give the ball away regularly and pile the pressure on the 3-man defence. I think our best XI with everyone fit is: Bench: Weale, St Ledger/Tunchev/Pantsil, King/Abe, Gallagher/Dyer, Vassell/Schlupp I think Peltier and Pantsil are evenly-matched - wouldn't be surprised if they finished the season having played roughly the same amount of games.
KIRBYFOX93 Posted 19 September 2011 Posted 19 September 2011 Amazing so many people dont put in vassell? And whats with these stupid formations? Love to see your dressing room tactics
Wherethefoxhat? Posted 19 September 2011 Posted 19 September 2011 Definately the most moronic thread ever !! And most of them have contributed !!
General Smuts Posted 19 September 2011 Posted 19 September 2011 I think this is certainly the first choice if everyone is fully fit with the only real contention being Johnson/Wellens and Pantsil/Peltier.
Jimmy Posted 19 September 2011 Posted 19 September 2011 I think this is certainly the first choice if everyone is fully fit with the only real contention being Johnson/Wellens and Pantsil/Peltier. so people STILL want Vassell on the wing, even though he's showed for a long long time he can't do much of anything in that role and even though the team has played its best in a 4-4-2 diamond this season
Fox92 Posted 19 September 2011 Posted 19 September 2011 Some of these formations are hilarious. I think thats the problem. Sven has inherited, and then signed, too many midfielders, and like Sven himself, we are now trying to accomodate and play them all.
SuperScout Posted 19 September 2011 Posted 19 September 2011 You should make a list of players we should sign and send it to Sven. , I know I got a lot of criticism for that on the other forum, I feel the team I suggested in the letter to Sven would have stormed the league and then some, if we are promoted at the end of the season , I'll hold my hands up and admit I was wrong.
foxes2011 Posted 20 September 2011 Posted 20 September 2011 peltier was a defender but more of a midfeilder at his last team

THIS. Bus swap fernandes for wellens, he seems more of a defensive player, amaizing at reading the game and intercepting passes.
