STUHILL Posted 30 January 2012 Posted 30 January 2012 His LAST chance to have a future for us I think. He needs to hit the ground running when he is back and really make an impact even if it's just from the bench. Hope he does it but I have my doubts
dannythefox Posted 30 January 2012 Posted 30 January 2012 La Bump......Where IS Waggy?? Any update?? Obviously still not fit but seems like he's been out with this injury for a lot longer than expected. I don't think it's the same injury! 2-3 weeks so I here.
lcfc matt Posted 30 January 2012 Posted 30 January 2012 He's doing light training I think he was training after the others had gone in.he was taking free kicks and shots with dyer and danns
Bugg Posted 30 January 2012 Posted 30 January 2012 He's doing light training I think he was training after the others had gone in.he was taking free kicks and shots with dyer and danns fvcking hell...
seenitall Posted 30 January 2012 Posted 30 January 2012 Can't wait until the Kid's back, we need a set of shoulders back upfront, a set of lungs, some enthusiasm and some PASHUUUUUUUUUN. Under Pearson Waggy will fight for every ball, make those runs and hustle defenders. But not score any goals or get any of his passes to other City players - memory playing tricks I'm afraid
seenitall Posted 30 January 2012 Posted 30 January 2012 Hope Waggy is nearing fitness. Really would be like having a new player or signing. Still think he could do more than a job for us. Please no - League 1 fodder
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 31 January 2012 Posted 31 January 2012 Off load Waghorn asap. We need quality, not average Championship players.
Captain... Posted 31 January 2012 Posted 31 January 2012 Why don't you wait until you see him play before you write him off, he scored 12 goals in his first season with us, not bad, but hasn't played through a combination of injury and competition for places for the last 18 months. Hopefully he will get his chance to fight for a place and become a very handy back up to Nugent and Beckford, if he has failed to make an impact by the end of the season then it may well be time to let him go, but give him a chance, he can't be any worse than some of Beckford's early season performances.
Langston Posted 31 January 2012 Posted 31 January 2012 Does anyone know how long it is until he is Fit again because I'd like to get him playing out wide for us? Considering this was posted on New Year's Day morning, it's far too coherent. -1 from me.
jock2612 Posted 31 January 2012 Posted 31 January 2012 Sven played Waggy wide.NP knows his best position and when fit am confident will do a good job!!!
yag101 Posted 31 January 2012 Posted 31 January 2012 The only 'hustling' that occured involving Waghorn was when Sunderland managed to offload him to us, potentially 3 million?! Laughing all the way to the bank
Guest Col city fan Posted 31 January 2012 Posted 31 January 2012 The only 'hustling' that occured involving Waghorn was when Sunderland managed to offload him to us, potentially 3 million?! Laughing all the way to the bank Where the fook have you crept up from? Another 'Sven was great and everyone else is shite' merchant eh? Sven did some things right, some things wrong... He's gone, get over it and post some interesting 'contemporary' stuff perhaps?
Filbert The Fox Posted 31 January 2012 Posted 31 January 2012 Thought i read somewhere that he's 3 weeks away from being fit
Bettsy82 Posted 1 February 2012 Posted 1 February 2012 Like it or not I think waghorn will be involved when fit. He's a player that wears his heart on his sleeve that's the reason the lcfc fans adore him so much. He's far better than league 1 standard hense the reason he's played and scored for England u21s. I for one am looking forward to seeing waghorn back in our side reproducing the form he showed under Pearson before. When fully fit and confident he is unplayable at times.
