potter3 Posted 1 February 2012 Posted 1 February 2012 Pita Bread Frankfurters (preferably from a packet, not tinned) Cheese Salad (or whatever else you fancy) Slice frankfurters lengthways, still them in the grill, after a couple of minutes turn them over. While doing this toast the pita's a bit so that they're nearly done (or grill them if there's enough room) Take them out, put sausages in pita, add grated cheese, back in the grill for a bit til the cheese has melted. Add salad etc. Beautiful

It's simple and the spuds are absolute perfection. Another one for baked potato is. Take them out of the skins but keep them mash the potatoes in with some cream cheese and a tad of butter. Fill the potato skins in with the potato and sprinkle some cheese and Paprika on top. Viola!
