Hi all, palace fan in peace here!

Just watching your game on the box and was just wondering how neill danns is getting on ?

He was a great player for us last season probably our best, but i've noticed he's been in and out of the team this season?

anyway hope you win! I f-ing hate derby

He's a harrier, gets everywhere, breaks things up. Can sometimes be wasteful with possession so you'll find quite a few saying he's shite. We've tinkered with the midfield all season long, no idea of the facts, but over the season we've probably played about 7 or 8 central midfielders, as well as using Danns on the right wing.

I like him.

Started off poor, but was playing as part of a failing 433 system, never really looked too good even when we switched to a diamond

Now Pearson is back & we're playing 442, he's settling in better.

Personally I'm still undecided as to how good he is, he loses the ball a lot, fouls all the time, often in key positions for the opposition

But saying that he comes up with the goods a lot too

Perhaps he (along with many others) sums our season up, sometimes brilliant, sometimes not

Today is one of his better games !!!

He is running the show with Dyer....

Kept getting played out of position at the start of the year, leading to a few people saying he was crap. Now he's getting played in his proper position those people realise maybe they jumped the gun a little.

He's OK. He's been our best player tonight.

He gives the ball away a lot and he thinks he lacks a football brain.

But he does get stuck in and he works hard, he's got quick feet and can score goals.

He's shown glimpses of being a quality player but he's not been consistent enough, like most of our players this season.

I'm not convinced by him as a starter in a promotion chasing team.

+ Was on fire in the 1st half. As said, could of had a hat trick already, all of which would of been belters.

- This isnt what we see from him every week.

Just reading some of the comments about Danns and I have realised he is a bit of Robbie Savage type player, runs around alot, gets stuck in, commits fouls and make mistakes. I hope he can develop into a player like Savage and have that kind of impact on the team.

Do you think he will start against Cov? If Drinkwater is to play in centre mid it will be with Wellens not Danns, or will Drinkwater play instead of Marshall on the right or have to bide his time on the bench?

Selection headaches mounting for NP.

Wouldn't change the team myself, but I think Drinky will force his way in soon enough. Wellens and Danns just haven't been consistent enough this season and their form will dip again at some point.
