That is the key thing, we play at our best when we press the opposition on and off the ball the first time of evidence of this for me during NP's reign was Southampton away.

If only we'd got our arses into gear a couple of months earlier, because I fear we've left it a tad too late for this season.

It bodes well for next season though. I can't see any of the teams coming down from the Prem being as dominant as West Ham, nor anyone coming up from League One doing a Southampton.

We should have a good finish to the season as well. We've got Forest at home, Peterborough away, Doncaster at home, Ipswich away, Millwall away and Burnley at Home in our last 6 games.

Interestingly, despite our evident recent upturn, we're as far off the play-offs now as we were after the Barnsley game, and another seven league games have passed.

Just goes to show just how unlikely it is that we'll make the top 6.

Wouldn't like the idea of going to Leeds needing a win. Warnock will treat the game like a cup final, even if his team have nothing to play for. He'd take great delight in killing our season.

Likewise their is no reason why we cannot get automatic promotion next season. The teams that will be challenging with us imo will be Leeds, Ipswich, Bolton and Brum

We can give it a try for a late playoff push, I don't think we'll make it but it is still possible and we have to try to reach that goal while it's still possible but i'm really just looking for a good end to the season, get the confidence up, get the moral high, preparing for next season, with a few additions in the summer, hopefully we can achieve something next season.

I think I said similar last season, the difference this summer? Hopefully we won't be bringing in alot of new faces, Apart from the summer(s) Pearson was here last every season for many, many years we seem to have built new teams every summer, getting us no-where, this is what I like about Pearson, It's called stability.

The home games against Posh, Ipswich, Portsmouth and Barnsley were beyond awful. Some of the worst football I've seen from City in the last 5 years, and we've been relegated in that time.

Keep winning and the balls in our court. You can put whatever spin on it you want,. We are 8pts behind Blackpool with a game in hand and we have to play them. Would rather finish 6th than miss out on automatic in 3rd. Momentum is a big thing going into the play-offs, this month is crucial all we can do is keep getting points and let the other results take care of themselves.

Personally speaking I don't think we're quite good enough to maintain the run we need to get into the play offs but there's still a glimmer of hope and whatever will be will be. I hope win promotion and win the FA Cup. Breath not being held of course.
