'All I want is to come away from a game of football, having seen us play some good football and come out with some good results' lol

So when have we seen that then mate? lol

Right I don't understand this win games in the Championship or Fight relegation in the Premiership arguement.

Don't get me wrong I want to see my team win games, winning games means being near the top of the league - being near the top of the league means promotion to the Premiership, so what do you want? To win games and fall short - Wouldn't that ultimately be failing?

Besides, we're not even winning consistantly in the Championship so winning games in the Championship is not even an option at the moment.

Stringer's missing the point there. Yeh I don't want us to go skint chasing the dream.

But fvcking hell, I'm fed up of this shitty league. We AREN'T winning a lot of games. We AREN'T entertaining. We AREN'T playing good football. I can't have any pride in my club if it's happy to be midtable in the Championship. That's not what sport is about. Sport is about trying to be the best.

I want the O'Neill years back. I want to go to Wembley and I want to win trophies. I want to be able to say we've won the FA Cup as well. I want to beat big clubs. I want over 30,000 at home on a regular basis, I want optimism and great atmopsheres created by our fans beause we're not depressed.

Yeh so OK, we might finish in the bottom half of the Prem, we might get thrashed occassionally. But we might have some really memorable wins. We'll have a realistic chance of getting to the latter stages of a cup competition. We'll be in the top division and people in other countries will know that when they see Premiership matches. I want to go to Italy in the summer and say 'Leicester are in the Premiership now, we beat Liverpool last week, here's a video of our fans going mental'.

We've been down here too long. When's the last time we spent 9 years outside the top flight? It's not happened for at least 60 odd years.

We are underperforming as a club. This is not even close to good enough.

I wouldn't. Mind but Reading aren't even good, they just played defensive negative football waited and then launched the ball forward to their two quick players and scored.

However that seems to be a winning formula. In this league and a sure fire way to beat us.

Atmosphere didn't help it was awful, not much singing and only back five rows stood.

Reading are a good side granted but do you honestly think it is acceptable for Leicester to lose 3-1 to a side like Reading if we honestly have any thoughts of the Play-offs etc, we should be aiming higher in my opinion. This result and this season so far is just not acceptable in my eyes

Hmm...so we should go there and win then?

Just cos we spent some money in the summer doesnt give us good given right to expect us to win every game, Man City learnt that last season, Malaga in Spain this season.

What's happening at the back? Honestly? Putting a right footed player in left back what is Pearson doing? We were only 1-0 at half time!

man for man would anybody say readings squad is so much better than ours? but we can never beat them. got to be down to management for me.

They've got wingers, they've got a balance. They've got less prima donnas.

People underestimate just how average and unbalanced our squad is.

Still shouldn't be this far back or beaten so easily though.

Mid-table players, mid-table manager, mid-table result.

All the money they've spent and we're playing toothless hoofball to appearance bonus maestro steve ****ing howard. I'd forgive the owners for being rash at this point.

Spot on.

Also, for all the stick Dyer gets he's often our most the most likely to make something happen - we have a chronic lack of pace in the side IMHO.

Fair play to Reading, they are by no means a great side but they are extremely organised and draw you in before hitting on the break.

Our defending was a shambles for all 3 goals. Bamba was an absolute liability second half, got caught daydreaming time and time again.

We had a decent 20 minute spell start of the 2nd half but was poor aside from that, had nothing to hurt the opposition.

Your correct spelling of prima donna has earned you a rep point. Use it wisely.

Listened to the game on Radio Leicester today, I barely flinched when Reading scored the 3 goals.

If we had beaten Bristol City on Tuesday, then today would have been a must win game.

Just accept that the better team won today.

Utterly soulless performance. Beckford's performance was reminiscent of West Ham away until Pearson took him off at the break.

There's no heart to this team and it shows. There's some decent individuals but they just don't work together, or indeed hard enough.

Reading were very average; Christ knows how they've won 8 in a row!
