He is competent as a back up but nothing more, Konchesky is far superior atm he is a premier league defender and you can tell with his performances of a high caliber for us.

How have you come to that conclusion? he's not played for three games Dont get me wrong i think Konch is one of our better players, but to just throw him into the squad for such an important game when he hasnt even played for two weeks, replacing a player that got two assists at the weekend. Dosnt really add up for me.

Dont get me wrong i think Konch is one of our better players, but to just throw him into the squad for such an important game when he hasnt even played for two weeks, replacing a player that got two assists at the weekend.
