Zingari Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 In a Scouse accent? Damn , I thought I could pass it off as my original catch phrase.
Guest Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Damn , I thought I could pass it off as my original catch phrase. Sadly, I'm old enough to remember it
Stay Positive Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 I think, when he goes on to the bunch at the beginning about how gruelling it will be and how much pressure there is, I'd just say "Only weak people feel pressure"...
dave the caveman Posted 17 March 2012 Posted 17 March 2012 I wonder if the intro will involve people standing on skyscraper roofs
Parafox Posted 21 March 2012 Posted 21 March 2012 My catch phrase would be... "When the going gets tough, the weak can faaak right off, Sir Alan"
Parafox Posted 22 March 2012 Posted 22 March 2012 So Bilyani is the first to go. Managed to talk herself out of it by not SHUTTING THE F**K UP!! Typical of the female contestants. Particularly when they were haranguing that woman in the shop to buy some items. They were like baying wolverines. The poor woman was almost in tears. Katie is weak, none are attractive (including the blokes) and as Bluefoxtim says, the format is getting worn very thin. The best thing is the "you're fired" show afterwards
Daggers Posted 22 March 2012 Posted 22 March 2012 And so he's sacked the single best piece of wank fodder to have been on the show. Well fvcking done Sugar, you pillock. They'd better scrub up the rest of them a bit better and slop them into the indoor swimming pool more often from now on.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 22 March 2012 Posted 22 March 2012 My early money is on the black bloke to win

I see what you mean now
Captain... Posted 22 March 2012 Posted 22 March 2012 It is quite sad that you are better off selling cheap tat to gullible tourists than actually make something unique and nice (well it was unique anyway). Chalk one up for cynical capitalism.
Libertine Dream Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Cracking episode this evening! The only one so far
Saxondale Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Jade looked like she had resigned to being fired, it looked a dead cert.
Saxondale Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Looking forward to the urban art task next week. I think they did an art sale last year, didn't they? Should be good.
Rincewind Posted 2 May 2012 Posted 2 May 2012 Not watched any of them this series. I was getting bored with them. Same format same thing happening. When they get to the boardroom there is always 'But Lord Sugar I put the idea forward and carried it through and everyone else did nothing.' Or 'But Lord Sugar I never agreed with that idea but they would not listen, I was the only one who said it would cost us.' Watching Steve McQueen instead. The Hunter.ITV 4
Captain... Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Jade looked like she had resigned to being fired, it looked a dead cert. Azhar really didn't focus on the mistakes she made, she survived cos she wanted it more, what Jade did wrong: Took too long to choose the locations Chose the wrong locations Didn't have any strategy on what they bought . Split the goods 50/50 rather than listening to Azhar and sending more to the market. Didn't advise the other team on strategy. Didn't re-stock for the other team. Didn't let them buy the bugs which were selling on a good margin. Didn't have a good enough margin on the products sold. Slashed the prices at the end rather than concentrating on margin. Finally brought Tom into the boardroom instead of her friend who Sugar clearly wanted her to bring in. azhar may have complained alot but she gave him alot to complain about. She had also done **** all up to that point, I don't think I have agreed with sugar all series on who he fired, I do wonder if he is taking their business plan into account, in which case it makes a bit of a mockery of the whole series.

Saxondale Posted 9 May 2012 Posted 9 May 2012 That Stephen pisses me right off. His annoying face aside, he just talks meaningless corporate crap all the time and doesn't seem very astute at all. Booooo!
dave the caveman Posted 9 May 2012 Posted 9 May 2012 Would smash Laura with the fury of a thousand greek gods
