i did the predictor, i did fair results! Yes we had back to back wins but we had a draw against ipswich, we sneak into 6th with 2 games to go and then lose to westham!

Reading 89

Southampton 87

Westham 85

Hull 75

Brum 73

City 71 gd 16

Bpool 71 gd 13

Middle 71 gd 6

Derby 71 gd -1

Cardiff 70

What a game leeds would be :sweating::ph34r:

so you have us gaining 16 points and hull 17 yet brighton whos been up there most the season not to even get 9

i think even if we over guess our wins to give us more points people are not giving the other teams a proper chance..

I'm going to say 5th,

Nottingham Forest (HOME) 2-1 W

Peterborough Utd (AWAY) 1-0 W

Doncaster Rovers (HOME) 3-0 W

Ipswich Town (AWAY) 1-2 L

Millwall (AWAY) 2-2 D

West Ham (HOME) 1-0 W

Leeds Utd (AWAY) 3-3 D

With the following set of results, I'll let you guess where we finished:

Forest (H) W2-1

Peterborough (A) W2-1

Doncaster (H) W2-0

Ipswich (A) D1-1

Millwall (A) W1-0

Burnley (H) W2-1

West Ham (H) L0-1

Leeds (A) D1-1

6th place and not being unrealistic considering who we're playing. Turn that draw at Leeds into a win and we would probably avoid Reading or West Ham as well.

Incidentally; Portsmouth, Coventry and Doncaster ended up going down.

So including Hull you'd have us win 4 in a row.. twice as good as our current longest run this season?

We always screw up against the lower teams. Bristol City being the game that springs to mind.

Here are the teams which are above us games against each other plus ours:

Brigton vs Middlesbro - D

Blackpool vs Southampton - A

Reading vs Leeds - H

Middlesbro vs Cardiff - D

Hull City vs Middlesbro - D

West Ham vs Birmingham - H

Brigton vs Reading - A

West Ham vs Brighton - H

Blackpool vs Leeds - D

Cardiff vs Leeds - H

Brigton vs Birmingham - D

Leicester vs West ham - H

Middlesbro vs Southampton - A

Birmingham vs Reading - A

West Ham vs Hull City - H

Leeds vs Leicester - D

Plus these teams have other tuff fixtures.

With the above in mind this is how it will finish looking at all remaining 8 games.

1. Southampton

2, Reading

3. West Ham

4. Birmingham

5. Leicester

6. Cardiff

7. Hull

You seen it here first.

After the insane season we've had, and partly because I don't think we're anywhere near cohesive enough to be anything short of an embarrasment in the Premiership, I'd happily settle for 8th to be honest and go for it properly next year.

But we won't beat Burnley, Millwall or Forest

Something inside of me is saying (hoping?) 6th, but the logical bit of me that remembers the season so far is saying 8th and desperately hoping to be wrong.

I got us finishing 7th by a point. However, that's with a draw on the last day of the season so i have it going right to the wire. Todays game will give us a better idea of our chances!
