Happy Fox Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 As an Edinburghian by birth Hearts vs Hibs in the final will be some game.
Vacamion Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 Lennon went mental at the ref at the end. It's as if he thinks the ref is going to say "Yeah, Neil, you're right. I called that peno completely wrong. Let's replay the game". I think the SFA will throw the book at him. Again. Fuelling his and Celtic's sense of victimhood. Again. Well done Hearts, though.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 Great drama towards the end. Before they finally scored, Celtic looked like they'd never find the back of the net. Great celebration by Beatie. Loved it

It's a shame he won't bring up the fact Celtic's goal was offside. Although he was a great player for us, I can't say I like the bloke. And as you say the 'everyone's against us' card will be played... again.
Fox92 Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 The referee was just as bad as our referee yesterday.
Finnegan Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 Good luck to the police. Eh, no way near as bad as the OF. As soon as Hibs got through to the final I had a sneaky feeling the Jambos would do Celtic. Should be a good final, just a shame Hibs will probably get mauled. :\

At work the guy who's sorting board is just over the other side from me is a Hearts fan - we'll never hear the end of it. No... wait, I'm off this week!
purpleronnie Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 Eh, no way near as bad as the OF. So what? Its still a fierce rivalry.
Finnegan Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 So what? Its still a fierce rivalry. Well yes. But it's also 2012, I don't really think the police need "good luck." It's not like Hampden is going to play host to Red Star - Partizan or Besiktas - Fener or something. The Scots might be a hairy at times but it's not exactly going to be war is it?
Guest Bilo Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 If they can handle an OF game at Hampden without Glasgow descending into civil war, pretty sure a McCapitolo derby will pose few problems.
