Leicester City management understand fans' frustrations

It is the same with all fans tho. Palace were calling for the head of their beloved dougie 2 games ago now they love him again.

Palace fans are embarrassing at the best of times.

Just on the train home from Hillsborough... We need to remember City fans' mean intelligence is probably pretty similar to a lot of clubs. Few snippets from today:

The lad that fell off the top tier 'deserved it didn't he, hasn't he heard of the Hillsborough disaster?'

'We should be beating teams like this' before booing at half time and full time.

Consistently calling for the 'saviour' Chris O'Grady before booing Bothroyd off. (Mind you, Bothroyd has called Wednesday fans 'fvcking thick' this evening, so that'll be interesting)

Brum now losing 3-0 to Barnsley that's the end of Clarke then :D

4-0 The Boos are ringing out... Well that's from those that have not already left!

People from Yorkshire are often ****ing thick though. Not that I'm the sharpest nail in the drawer mind.

This is just a repeat of the post Burnley match interview.

It was noted that Pearson did'nt bother with Stringer after the game, I got the impression it was a V's up from Nigel to Radio Leicester and some fans for daring to suggest he was under pressure.

I'm not sure about that. I reckon it could have something to do with the signing of his son that day. Maybe he didn't want to talk about that? I doubt Pearson even knows what Stringer had been talking about before the game anyway. I could be wrong though.

I've never booed a City performance and never will. The nearest I came was after the Sven Millwall game, but still didn't.

I'm pleased to see we have a fit squad tomorrow. They have scored 10 in the last 3 games! But I fancy us to beat them.

I like the way Pearson has put this squad together. He must be massively frustrated with having players on big bucks who he doesn't seem to rate, but he has to manage this I guess.

Onwards and upwards. Win tomorrow and we can go into the Borough game more confident. Lose and it may suggest that more work needs doing.

But I remain optimistic that we will finish 7th this season. I'd like higher but can't see it this year.

lol Bit of an oxymoron that isn't it?

I've booed before, like FT against Barnsley and Millwall. Unless I feel like the game is lost and we've played poorly, I certainly don't boo and our performance probably didn't warrant that. It's the way football is now, though. Unless you're against a top, top-team then your side will be booed if they're losing.

Who you calling a moron?

lol

No, I would see 7th this season as about what I expect. Said it pre season and will stick with it.

I'd love higher but IF PEARSON STAYS I think it's next season we will look a really good team.

You and your bloody specs!

Hope your right of course, but i think this squad is a developing project mate. I have no expectations this season.

I expect promotion this season why limit ourselves to finishing outside the playoffs? we are better than that imo, come on City, if NP doesn't deliver he knows the consequences.

Well if you expect it then he'd better deliver.

Very valid point about work in progress Col, I feel we've got the makings of a very good 18-20 players and think we'll make the play offs with patience and stabiility of NP in charge. Good old specs eh :chant::D

What's that about?

Bolton fan celebrating Mark Davies' goal tumbled from top tier of Leppings Lane end. Took him a while to get up but seemed OK - managed to walk out of the lower tier unaided.

Glad he wasn't seriously hurt or that end would be getting more national press tomorrow...

Ah right, thanks for the info.

Wouldn't expect that sort of thing nowadays.
